Great people, I was late and they stayed late to wait for me to refuel. The pump does not take credit cards so make sure you plan to stop during business hours.

Stopped in on a Sunday for a quick refueling between Wisconsin and New Hampshire. Got the quick refueling. Then my starter failed and destroyed the battery as well. The assistance I got was incredible. One guy GAVE me a battery, another one loaned me a starter. An A&P helped me install the spares for free. The spare starter turned out to have its own problems (owner didn't know that). So, I was given rides to a hotel, then later to the Akron airport for a commercial flight home. The plane was fixed while I was gone and I was later given a ride back from Akron.

Flew in with hopes of buying 60 gallons of 100LL at their reasonable prices. Unfortunately, their semi-self serve pump requires a "club" card to use or an attendant must be available to assist you. My stop at 12:45pm on a Friday found absolutely no one around except a city worker(?) mowing grass who did not even acknowledge me. A call to airport office provided an alternate contact phone which got me to a guy who said he'd be there in 30-45 minutes after he finished his lunch hour. I had to depart with tanks much lower than I would have preferred, but had appointments to keep.
