Made our first trip there this week. Delightful. Do yourself a favor and get a guide for a half-day of fishing. Wonderful grass runway (not really a strip). We'll be back.

Very unique, fly-in riverside fishing resort situated in the Ozarks - if you are a pilot who likes to trout fish...You have found paradise!! Resort dates back to the 1950's with the restaurant having a lot of neat memorabilia from that era. Restaurant is directly on the river with outstanding views of the area. As we ate lunch, we saw a boat catch at least 4-5 trout within the hour. Two guys said they each caught their limit in 1.5 hours. Nice cabins, swimming pool, lots of boats/guides along with outstanding ambience of the resort. Runway is grass strip in excellent condition - no problem with landing.

Three of us flew into 3M0 on Sat. 4-08-06 from Augusta, KS, for the first time. We found it to be a very nice grass strip, no problems on landing or takeoff. People were friendly, cabins nice, good food, fuel a little high. Be sure to walk down to boat dock and look for the trout in river.

First cross country was to Lakeview I really enjoyed the facilities there. Will recommend to people I know, what a wonderful getaway place.

This is a great place to visit and a fun place to land. We had a great time and plan to be back soon. It can be an intimidating airstrip to land/takeoff but is actually easily to do if you think about/plan what you need to do on approach/takeoff.

What is there to say? If you have not been yet; you should make plans for it.
