Very friendly and helpful folks at this FBO. Parking the plane for a few days and fueling was absolutely no problem. Enterprise picked us up and provided the rental car. Again, no problems.

Very good service and a reasonable price for Jet A. The office has a high speed Internet terminal for flight planning. Let them know you are coming, and they will reserve a crew/courtesy car. Watch out for deer. On 9/20 at 8:00 AM, several were roaming near the departure end of R/way 30.

We have been doing work in the area for the past few months and have relied on Pacific Aviation for our maintenance needs. Ray is an excellent mechanic and always finds time to get us done quickly and done right. These guys know their trade and do quality work!

We stopped at Grants Pass for fuel on our way home from California on 6/29/08. Hot, humid, smoky. While fueling our plane a young man from the FBO invited us to come inside to the air-conditioned comfort of the building. Both young men manning the FBO were pleasant and friendly. They even checked the weather for us (both at the same time - it was a slow day) on their PCs. Fuel was $5.42 per gallon and self-service. Easy to use and clearly marked.

My son and I arrived at Grants Pass mid afternoon on July 4th. After fueling, I called Brett and asked if there was a hangar available to store my J3 for the night. Brett arrived 15 minutes later, offered us the use of a golf cart while he tugged the plane into the hangar. In the time it took us to unload the plane, Brett had called our motel, pulled out the courtesy van, and printed directions. All without prompting. Our little plane only onloaded about 7 gal of 100LL Pacific Aviation NW and Brett's customer service are what's still right and genuine with general aviation. I highly recommend making an effort to stop in.

Flew into 3S8 9-17-06 to overnight for an Angel Flight mission the following day. The staff was most helpful and friendly offering to tug the plane to tie down and reposition it the next day for the clients to board. They also provided local knowledge about wx and terrain avoidance for departure. They helped make this a most successful flight. Has a great "home town airport" flavor. I WILL stop there again.

I stopped for fuel on August 16th while on my way from Seattle to California. I was met at the pumps by a Pacific Aviation NW rep that offered to pump fuel that was very well priced. I had a plugged ejector that was promptly cleaned (less than one hour) at a very reasonable price. And, to top all of this off, I was given a loaner to go into town to visit with my elderly uncle. I could only put about a $1.00 worth of fuel into the loaner because it was given to me full!! These folks at Pacific Aviation NW really know how to provide good service. The last time I received service anywhere near what I experienced at Pacific Aviation NW was several years ago in Kansas, but that is another time.

We flew in on a Saturday afternoon. Pulled up to fuel pump and lineman was out promptly to see if we needed fuel. He pumped the fuel and I asked where I could park for the night and asked how much, he said no charge because of buying fuel and he towed it to parking and towed it out the next morning before we got there. Pacific Aviation NW is a class act company.

When filling up at Pacific Aviation NW. I noticed that the switch and directions to fill were clearly marked on the fuel pump. I had no problems. I read all posts regarding the filling of planes and noticed people were having trouble but it seems to me that the pump was fairly easy to operate.

Stopped in early morning on July 20. I tried every combination of the switch positions and could not get the pump to work. Had to go elsewhere for fuel.

In order to use the self-serve gas, you need to turn the pump "off" first. This sounds obvious, but there is no easy way of telling where "off" is on the switch. If you have it anywhere other than "off", the machine will decline your card. The "off" position is at 5 o'clock. The "on" position is at 1 o'clock. After the caretaker helped me with this, we could fuel up no problem.

Flew in early on a Sunday morning and was warmly greeted. The fuel price was the lowest in the area, and the gentleman running the FBO even filled it up for me while I waited. Looked like a well-run operation in addition to being friendly.

Great service 7 days a week. Coffee is always on and the wood stove is warm in the cooler arrivals. Very good FBO at location. I think the lowest gas price in the region.
