Flew in Saturday August 8 for a day at the races at Saratoga Race Track. Very nice FBO. My wife and I were bicycling in to town and Laura was very helpful at sending us directions ahead of time. Great folks! Thanks!

Flew in on Wednesday for 2 days of races at Saratoga Race Track. Very nice FBO. Golf cart met us at the plane to help with our bags and they arranged for a cab to town. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks North American FS!

Flew in for a quick 2-hour meeting, lineman got me in right next to the door. I bought 10 gallons of fuel and they were happy to provide me with a crew car for 3 hours. Excellent service! I look forward to returning again!

A great place to stop for fuel or to have your avionics serviced or installed. They are glad to provide a crew car or help with a repair. Easy in and easy out. A great GPS approach and always great service from Albany Approach.

Great FBO! I have used this FBO many times and always find the service to be outstanding. I have on occasion had to have something repaired on my airplane while stopped at Saratoga and the maintenance facility is simply superb. Highly recommended!

Spent a good bit of time at North American over the past few weeks doing work in the area. All of the staff, from the linemen to the CSRs, set the standard for great service. With fuel purchases, I was charged a very reasonable 10/35 dollars per night for tiedown/hangar space (Stationair). There is a good bit of glider activity on the weekends. Great communication between those with and without motors. Will stop again.

FYI -- Parking fee for SEL is $10 (not $20 as reported below). Service is very efficient and friendly. A recommended stopover.

Good service and reasonable fuel prices. Borrowed crew car for 2 hours for quick tour of Saratoga Battlefield about 20 minutes away.

Ganesh made my problem his problem and my SR-22 was repaired by North American Flight Services within hours of receiving parts from Cirrus. Ganesh was professional throughout and I was very pleased with the service. I never felt like I was in anyone's way and they even washed my plane!!! Great FBO! Thanks!

Ganesh, My wife and I wanted to thank you for the courteous and professional service you extended us last Sunday 4/6/2008. Better late than never.... We had two aircraft on the field for two weeks doing survey work last spring and Naomi and Ganesch were absolutely incredible. Their personality's and service was top notch and the fuel prices were great. They took care of the rental cars and made great recommendations for dining and entertainment. Thanks so much and we'll be back.

Wow, what a great FBO. Could not say enough about the great service that we received. The Line Crew was great sorry that I did not get his name. He helped us with a loaner vehicle something that I have not seen in a very long time. I would highly recommend North American Flight Services to all my pilot friends.

It's very refreshing to do business with an FBO that not only is friendly and professional but also incorporates a level of care second to none. One can only wonder where management found and employed such a diverse and qualified workforce, from the ever smiling, happy Naomi, to the get-the-job-done Ganesh other FBO's should send in scouts to see how it should be. North American is in fact, a big #1.

This is probably my favorite FBO on the East Coast. Naomi, in charge of customer services, and Ganesh, in charge of line services, make every customer feel special! Mike Baringer, the Avionics manager provides impeccable service and attention to detail. And some of the least expensive fuel around to boot. NAFS can't be beat!
