Ganesh, My wife and I wanted to thank you for the courteous and professional service you extended us last Sunday 4/6/2008. Also thank you for helping us with out transportation problem and making it a very pleasant day for us. We are planning on more trips there to visit our son and look forward to seeing you again.

Better late than never.... We had two aircraft on the field for two weeks doing survey work last spring and Naomi and Ganesch were absolutely incredible. Their personality's and service was top notch and the fuel prices were great. They took care of the rental cars and made great recommendations for dining and entertainment. Thanks so much and we'll be back.

Wow, what a great FBO. Could not say enough about the great service that we received. The Line Crew was great sorry that I did not get his name. He helped us with a loaner vehicle something that I have not seen in a very long time. I would highly recommend North American Flight Services to all my pilot friends.

We required fuel on Easter Sunday, requiring us to call for line service. Ganesh Persaud was prompt and friendly. We appreciate the excellent service!

It's very refreshing to do business with an FBO that not only is friendly and professional but also incorporates a level of care second to none. One can only wonder where management found and employed such a diverse and qualified workforce, from the ever smiling, happy Naomi, to the get-the-job-done Ganesh other FBO's should send in scouts to see how it should be. North American is in fact, a big #1.

This is probably my favorite FBO on the East Coast. Naomi, in charge of customer services, and Ganesh, in charge of line services, make every customer feel special! Mike Baringer, the Avionics manager provides impeccable service and attention to detail. And some of the least expensive fuel around to boot. NAFS can't be beat!

We had an emergency charter into the area Sunday night after all the airports were closed. We needed ramp service and rental cars for a 2am arrival. After calling several airports and FBO's with no success, we called North American at Saratoga County. Ganesh Persaud, director of line service, took care of our every need, arranged everything. Wonderful service! A model of what a good FBO should be.

Wonderful experience. Met by a lineman in front of the FBO, rental car from Enterprise was 50 feet away and ready to go, and Naomi provided exceptionally friendly and helpful customer service. Very nice facility with all of the pilot amenities and good fuel prices. Saratoga Springs is a terrific town to visit.

Superb FBO with top notch customer support. As part of a group that used Saratoga Springs as a meeting site, I was impressed with N American's ability to provide impeccable service with reasonable prices. Will definitely use them when in the area again.

We flew to Saratoga Friday. On the trip up, I had an intermittent Mode C. The avionics manager tested it, no trouble found, and no charge. Sunday, we had a rough runup, and inoperative mag. The mechanic was around (Sunday!), and immediately went to work. He pulled the cowling, cleaned the fouled plugs, and tested the magnetos. When we determined that the mag would need repair, we started looking for a rental car to get us home. Although no cars could be found late Sunday afternoon in Saratoga, we did find one at ALB. The FBO drove us there in their van. No charge. No one likes to be stranded by mechanical problems, but I have to say you couldn't ask for better service when it happens. Many thanks to this outstanding FBO.

Our club, Mid Island Pilot Club, came up for a day at the races. This is a wonderful FBO. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We came with 6 planes and 16 people. We all felt the service was excellent and the personalities of the people here made you feel welcome. Naomi, at the desk was a delight to deal with.

NAFS is a great FBO, Naomi is awesome and Ganesh, A&P and chief lineman stayed on a saturday afternoon to get my Bonanza back in the air. With all the heavy metal on the ramp they still take care of the SEL guy.

We again flew into Saratoga on the 6th to attend the races and stopped at North American. I am happy to report that the services we received were just as good as the comment I had left 06-Aug-2002. They do go the extra mile with a great big smile. Thank you again North American.
