Another great trip to Saratoga Springs. I was in this weekend at North American and received excellent service and fairly priced fuel.

I just purchased a Maule M7-235C from a seller from the Glens Falls, NY area. I live in Texas. I contacted NAFS and spoke with Brian Strange and hired his shop to do the independent pre-buy on the aircraft. Lou Cozine, the mechanic performed the pre-buy and did an excellent job. From the time I made a commitment to NAFS, Brian took the lead to work with the Glens Falls FBO to get the aircraft moved to 5B2. Once there, Brian made photo's, copies, and provided me with the necessary reports as the pre-buy was performed. Brian then drove to Glens Falls, NY to pick up other parts that did not make the trip to 5B2. I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of NAFS and Brian Strange. I would highly recommend this shop for a pre-buy. We arrived in Saratoga Springs, NY after hours and Brian gladly met me at the shop to let me see the aircraft. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!!!

Stopped in for the Irish festival last weekend to drop off the boss for the evening. Exceptionally friendly line guys! Even though I was unable to take on any fuel, they let us use the crew car. Nice facilities make you feel right at home. The FBO employees also run the airport and do a great job of keeping it tidy! I definitely look forward to our next flight to the area.

Stopped by for fuel and got great service, fuel on time, food brought right out and our customer was brought out to our remote parking spot. During racing season it is hard to park right up front! I was there on my way to Oshkosh and had friendly service and later in my business jet and I was treated right either way!

ABOVE & BEYOND!! While ferrying a Piper, Geronimo from Maine to Pennsylvania, I descended into Saratoga Springs Airport just before sunset. The airport was closed. The airport manager, Scott MacDonald arrived about 15 minutes later. What Great Service!! Although, I had made a few phone calls (800 numbers), He opened the FBO and made several calls finding a very good room at the Hilton Garden for half the price! Also provided the courtesy car with suggestions for restaurants. The following morning, the line service personnel assisted with fueling. The people at North American Flight Services "Get It"!! Definitely will stop again!

I flew in twice this week. Nice facility and friendly staff. They were very helpful arranging for rental car and the line service was outstanding.

On November 9th, we were once again treated to the best of all possible service for our stop at Saratoga. The facility is neat clean, and modern. The employees are alert, attentive, helpful, and friendly. Whenever a car is available, it is loaned freely, and with a very pleasant smile! Though told not to worry about replacement gas, we gassed up before returning because our missed turn resulted in more than expected distance. Avgas at the self service was a great value, and a line person stopped by just to make sure we were all set. The FBO North American simply makes visiting Saratoga by plane an outstanding experience, and we whole heartedly thank you.

Great facility, friendly people and good service. Also, one of the better fuel prices around. Lineman directed my single engine piston directly in front of the FBO, helped unload luggage and then moved and tied down my plane for the night. I'll be back.

Top Notch facility. I am up there a few times per year, including at least one weekend during race season and the service and hospitality are first rate. I can honestly say I have not been to a better FBO anywhere in the country.

Wow! Let me say that again, WOW! Flew in for Hattie's Fried Chicken on a Saturday. I landed in a C182 with a bit of fade to the ol' paint... But I felt like a NetJets Citation X! GREAT service, nice facility, _offered_, as in didn't even have to ask, the use of a very decent and serviceable crew car. I didn't need fuel, but bought whatever would fit in the tanks simply to thank these folks. Own an FBO? Bring your crew here to see what they can to do to run an operation right! I can't wait to visit Saratoga again... Thanks again!

Flew in on August 29 and stayed for several days. Staff was friendly and airplane was serviced on time and as requested. Prices were not the cheapest around but were reasonable.

I stop at North American in Saratoga at least once a year in my 210 and they are always gracious and friendly - Even during race season! This is a very nice FBO in a beautiful part of the country.

Flew in on the 4th of July weekend (2010) and was greeted warmly and efficiently by lineman Rob and the desk crew. They secured a tie-down place for my Cardinal - called a car for me - and fueled the plane for our departure two days later. I would definitely return to this wonderful airport and use this FBO again.

I flew in 3/28/10 with my family aboard our single engine plane. We stayed in the area about 4 days. The entire experience was pleasant and smooth. Our rental car was waiting, fuel was reasonable, and the folks were all friendly. I will use them again when I'm flying to the area.
