As an out of state member of Utah Back Country pilots, this was my second trip to Huntington for their Fall Fly-in. The airport is very friendly (with two dirt runways for us tundra tired taildraggers) and the services were amazing. The airport, FBO, and the town pulled out all the stops on hospitality, even lowering fuel prices to 2008 prices! A nice campground on field, spectacular setting, astonishing sunrises and sunsets: this is the place to be. Huntington makes you doubly glad that you are there.

Very friendly and accommodating FBO - let us use courtesy car to go to motel and look around local area while rain dissipated. Restroom and a shower are conveniently located on the field (2nd hangar, door on west side). Self-service fuel price is the lowest around. Very good experience, we'll be back.

Although the fuel pump is indeed "unconventional" in the sense that you've probably never seen one like it, it is neither difficult nor complicated and you shouldn't let comments regarding it deter you from visiting this very convenient fuel stop. Just swipe your credit card and follow the single prompt: enter the pump number ("1") and turn on the pump. There is a nice pilot lounge, complete with shower and keys to the courtesy car, behind the first hangar north of the pumps. Fuel price was well below regional average.

Just returned from the October Fly-in. Hospitality at the airport was AAA+++ and the field has been upgraded with a new ramp, hangar, shower, campsite, and lounge. Close proximity to legendary airstrips at Cedar Mountain, Mexican Mountain, Mineral Canyon, and Hidden Splendor. Gas is cheap if you can figure out the unconventional pump, but otherwise this is a fabulous destination for the pilot who loves scenery.

They must have resolved the issue with the previous comment. Self-serve worked great for me and the price was right. Airport mgr loaned me a car for a quick bite to eat. Nice little town with character.

Not a good fuel stop. Card lock seems to work as pump started, but I could not get any fuel. No one was there to help
