Flew into Middlebury on a cold and snowy winter weekend where temps were down around 4 degrees F during the day and -10 F at night. Landed on snow-covered runway and rolled into runup area (grassy); Mike of J&M and two others quickly helped us turn plane around and towed it back to tiedown area. Mike helpfully relocated our plane the next morning and plugged in our engine pre-heater two hours before departure. Needless to say, couldn't get cold-soaked plane to start the next day. Mike was amazingly helpful once again, offering battery cart AND powerful propane engine heater. And he didn't want to take any money! (I insisted) Mike and his colleagues are TOPS! FYI, fuel pump (self-serve) is near north end of taxiway, near a tractor-trailer.
