I specifically called two hours prior to arrival. I arrived at 4:10 pm and in spite of being told people would be there till 4:30, the place was closed for fuel. A pickup truck was seen pulling away from the FBO as we walked towards it; I don't know if it was one of the employees or not. A local pilot was there he had just landed his Cessna and was tying it down. I asked if we could pay him the published retail price for use of his club PIN so we could get some 100LL. I explained to him we were told someone would be there till 4:30 pm. He said absolutely not. Such camaraderie; he had no idea how much fuel we had. He would not have cared if we would have had to stay the night. He said it was airport policy not to help out other pilots for fuel. This is the unfriendliest, most unreliable setup I have ever encountered in 10 years. Neither I nor any of the pilots I fly with will EVER stop at this airport. The pilots and people there give GA a bad name. Stay away from this most unfriendly place.Response from Jonathan, Employee, Stow Aviation Services I am the employee that offered to hold the office open for you after our normal closing hours. My boss always asks us to stay open longer if we have customers. Unfortunately, I forgot to follow through with your request, it was an honest mistake. I apologize for the inconvenience it caused you. Check our website for holiday exceptions to our normal 9-4 / 7 day schedule. I hope that you will give us another chance. Thank you.

Great service. Good fuel prices. Nice alternative when visiting Boston area. I stop here 3 or 4 times a year. The runway is a little rough but they say they working on a resurfacing plan. I will give it 5 stars when the runway is repaved.

We have been to Minute Man numerous times and always look forward to going back. The service is superb (thank you Don and Danita) and the fuel prices are the best in the area. The food in Nancy's Airfield Restaurant is fantastic daytimes, and on Friday and Saturday nights Nancy and Don transform it in to a casual gourmet eatery. Rental cars are available from Enterprise and you can drop the car back at the airport when done. All in all, it's an EXCELLENT experience.

Flew in for breakfast with Northeast Pilots Group. A very good fuel price, along with our large group, had the FBO very busy fueling and directing planes. The crew did a great job keeping up and getting it all done. Thanks!

Arrived July 5th for a three night vacation stay in Cambridge. The two line guys were very attentive and helpful. One helped my 11-year-old son and I push the plane a fair distance to a tie-down spot. The place is not fancy, but it's got character and that good ol' General Aviation feel of a family run airport. Great fuel price and great service. Thanks! Did not have a chance to try the restaurant - heard it's good.

Wow, I flew in for a very quick visit today and was treated extremely well. Don let us borrow a car, Nancy packed us a great meal "togo, " and everyone was extraordinarily friendly. What a great airport. I hadn't stopped by since my early flight training, and I noticed that crosswind landings are indeed easier.

Chose 6B6 instead of BED to avoid the $50 landing and parking fee there... But also enjoyed the benefit of about a $2/gal savings in avgas. Enterprise rent-a-car picked me up at the field, and let me leave the car there when I departed the next morning. The folks at 6B6 are very helpful and easy to do business with; you may have to call on the radio a few times if they're busy, but they're definitely there. Minute Man will definitely be my first choice when heading to the northwest Boston suburbs.

Minuteman has a new PAPI on runway 21! Since it was commissioned, I have flown the approach to 21 at night, during the day, and on the VOR/DME 21 in weather near minimums. The PAPI is a great enhancement. I found the glidepath guidance easy to see well out past the final approach fix and it made all my approaches much easier. Nice to see Minuteman continuing to improve all aspects of the facility. As someone else said here, this place really is what general aviation is all about; friendly, great service, great fuel prices, and now an improved approach to the runway.
