Bring your own tiedowns, and chocks. Self-serve gas card/reader (the only source of fuel) gets filled with sand and don't work sometimes so there is a bottle of air/liquid on the ground that you may have to spray the sand out.

We experienced the Harding's hospitality and great service in October, when we were basing out of Roosevelt on an aerial mapping project. When another pilot was already using the courtesy car, they gave us rides into town, you name it, they did it. Couldn't ask for friendlier, more helpful folks. Hope we get a chance to get back there!

I'm a little tardy in making this comment but here it is. If you are going to have a mechanical problem have it here and you will get the best service west of the Mississippi ever. I landed in a pretty nasty crosswind after hours and the mechanic on the field, Howard, was able to fix it in about an hour. The fee was reasonable considering he took time out after hours to make the repair. Then... Another pilot in our group had a problem with his tach the next morning, returned to Roosevelt and was able to get his tach replaced and be on his way a few hours later. I don't think breaking down is ever fun but at Roosevelt the repair was quick and fair. Thanks again for a great stop.
