Stopped in on 9/24/21 for breakfast and fuel. Downwind Cafe is excellent, the self-serve fuel is okay just a little pricey. It's $0.50 cheaper a gallon at 28J (Palatka).

I sure wish Spruce Creek FBO would give Phillips fuel WingPoints like the other FBOs when fuel is purchased
