I arrived today at 1247 local to take fuel in order to respond to an EMS emergency 40 miles to the north. The manager Wallace Dickerson, was rude and confrontational to my medic and I from the moment we met him. As he walked slowly to fuel our aircraft, he asked me rhetorically if I could get fuel any faster at KNEW. He had to ask me several times until I realized he was antagonizing me. I wanted to confront him but realized that if I did, he will take even longer in order to "teach me a lesson". We finally departed at 1311 to respond to the call. Turnaround time was 23 minutes and we were the only customers there. This guy delayed my response to a medical emergency today and I will try to avoid this facility in the future.
