This is the place to stay in Camp Guernsey if you are a pilot. The owner of the place went way out of his way to accomodate us. He got up extra early so we could have breakfast and use his computer to check the weather and TFRs for our flight. Very reasonable rates for the rooms and outmost friendly and helpful service. We certainly will stay here again.

The airport courtesy car was already gone when we arrived and the owner of the Bunkhouse Motel left us a truck to drive. Friendly & clean with evap cooler, which couldn't overcome the upper 90's we encountered. Great stop for us.

Gene, the owner of the Bunkhouse is a pilot, who could not have been more helpful and hospitable. We landed without prior notice, and were unable to contact the FBO owner for a courtesy car. Gene met us at the airport, and gave us the Bunkhouse truck to use instead. The place has great character, and made our overnight stay in Guernsey a breeze. Highly recommended.

Hello, just want to say thanks for the hospitality and the low fuel price while at you airfield. Great area, with all the history and the beautiful country. Hope to come back. Thanks again.
