Stopped by here on my flight from the Midwest to SoCal in a PA46. They gave great service and the fuel prices were much better than AEG. They offered us the crew car to go into town to eat (we had packed lunches) and the terminal area was very clean and nice. Will make this my mid-point stop on my next trip (and may have to go try some of the good Mexican food in town, heck even the controllers asked me about it).

Thanks Nelson. Just a correction.. The place you ate at was Pete's. And fuel is not currently available on weekends without prior arrangement.

Great fuel stop in the Albuquerque area. The airport is easy to get in and out of and there's plenty of parking. Full serve only, so be sure to go when someone's there. Very friendly folks and a nice crew car (Recommended: drive in to Belen to Tony's for New Mexican food). There's a new modest terminal building, the old building and cafe is being demolished.

Fuel not available on the weekends. Had someone by luck, pull some strings and got fuel for us. Freq has changed to 122.8

Friendly service and a free crew car overnight to get to the motel. This is as good as it gets.

Not a bad stop. I came in for a quick turn in a Husky. The guys from the prop shop fueled me while I checked the weather at my destination in the new pilot lounge the city built next door which is accessible by CTAF on keypad lock.
