Friendly service and a free crew car overnight to get to the motel. This is as good as it gets.

Not a bad stop. I came in for a quick turn in a Husky. The guys from the prop shop fueled me while I checked the weather at my destination in the new pilot lounge the city built next door which is accessible by CTAF on keypad lock.

Recently overnighted here on a cross country flight. Patrick went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We arrived late on a Saturday evening and he was there to fuel us and give us the courtesy car. We stayed just down the road at a new Holiday Inn Express which was reasonably priced and clean. Very grateful for this kind of service. This is a great alternative if you are just passing thru the Albuquerque area. Much cheaper and closer to food and hotels than any other nearby airport. I will be back.

Stopped by weather twice on return from Oshkosh and positive experience both times. Guys at prop shop very helpful and friendly, family run business that will stop and engage you. Bob Uecker, airport manager, drove loaner car out to my Aircraft left it running with A/C while I deplaned, unloaded gear and loaded car for overnight stay at La Mirada which was excellent. Will enjoy their airport again in future.

Robert Uecker is one of the most attentive gentlemen I have ever met. We were forced down by icing conditions and it was raining when we arrived. Robert met us at the plane with the crew car and kept us dry. Then he insisted we use the car without charge to go to our hotel for the night. We fueled the car and plane, but it seemed too little for such superior service. Alexander Aero just built a new FBO. This is a great stop with excellent service, and as the new facilities are completed it will only keep getting even better. Thank you Robert! This was one of our nicest stops on a double cross-country trip.

One week prior to landing at Belen for fuel, I phoned this FBO to let them know I would stop for fuel and catering then continue on to our final destination. Immediate service was the order of the day as this FBO immediately saw to it my airplane was quickly fueled. Catering was perfectly prepared with added touches that made this pilot look great. Folks, the owners of Alexander Aero go way out of their way to provide service to the aviation community. My two thumbs are up as are my passengers' thumbs as everyone on board had about the best experience one could expect from an uncontrolled airport.

Lousy. We stopped there for some gas and felt like we were intruding on their parachuting plans. I would pay more just to go somewhere else.

The LoPresti family is moving their Fury aircraft production facility to this airport, with New Mexico's financial backing. Current runway will be resurfaced, and a new North-South runway will be built within the next year (!)--A good thing when you're flying taildraggers. Should be a shot in the arm to this field.
