Excellent service and attention to detail. All arrangements (4 occasions so far and have included hotel and rental car) was arranged through Sandpiper and was executed flawlessly. Their facilities are neat, clean and the staff very competent and friendly. And I'm just a little Piper driver! I highly recommend using this FBO when stopping in the New Bedford / Cape Code area.

It was closing time and I was 20 min away but Sandpiper waited for me so I could get fuel. That was very nice of them!

First time into EWB for me. Came in our Lifeguard Lear 35. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Top notch service! Very comfortable private lounge in the hangar and a great restaurant next door! Thanks guys!

New Bedford is where I was born... And to fly our plane from Cleveland (where we have lived for 22 years) to KEWB for the first time as a long time pilot, it was a fantastic feeling. Sandpiper was waiting for me with my rental car paperwork and the line crew was attentive to every need while I was visiting for several days. Missy and Melissa even arranged for one of the most beautiful salmon colored sunsets to greet me home on landing. Sandpiper is now my "home away from home" while visiting my hometown by air. I'll be back soon! Can you arrange another stunning sunset next flight in? ;)

Sandpiper Air is always a pleasure to visit in our Citation. Besides their excellent fuel prices, they also have great customer service. Melissa and the rest of the staff always go out of their way to help us in any way they can. There also is a super restaurant on the field practically next door.

Sandpiper Air hosted a Bonanza formation clinic. They took very good care of our group with good line service and good facilities. We couldn't have asked for anything more. I recommend them.

Had a great visit to Sandpiper on 4/21/09. Staff was friendly and accommodating, pricing was very reasonable and I was loaned a courtesy car for two days that saved me plenty of cab fare money. This is where I will return when I am in New Bedford.

I flew into KEWB on the 15th of April 2009. Upon pulling up to the FBO and parked next to my rental car I was immediately greeted by Patrick the lineman. My experience was outstanding. Between his politeness and attention to detail and Cathy's arranging a car and helping out with Hotel reservations my stay was top notch. Upon returning the next day my plane was prepped, fueled and in place for an immediate departure. Fuel price was the best on a long round the east coast trip. I recommend this FBO!

In a phrase, Sandpiper is a business that does everything right! Cathy Ingraham and her crew went above and beyond in providing us with attentive service including the free overnight loan of their courtesy van, setting up a hotel reservation, in addition to taking good care of our aircraft (tiedown and refueling) at KEWB. It was our first visit to SOCO Mass (southcoast of Massachusetts) and the friendly, seamless service given by Sandpiper (including getting thoroughly MapQuested) was a credit to the entire region. Thanks again to the staff...We'll be back!
