Out for a $100 hamburger yesterday evening, more like a $150 now, the restaurant was neat, and clean. The service was slow, but they kept the soda coming. Tie-downs are right in front of the restaurant, very convenient.

Visited the Cafe on Tuesday late afternoon--it wasn't very busy, only a couple customers. Service was pretty good - nothing impressive but ok. Food was ok, not much value for what you pay, $8+ for sandwich and 1 side item. However, in today's economy with labor costs what they are, that's probably what they have to charge for to make it a go. Bottom line is, it's great to have a cafe on the airfield these days!

Nice location to watch the world fly bye. Food OK. Service was dismal. They don't handle being busy well and not only don't provide any service, they also loose all grasp of simple civility and manners. I would recommend that tips be reflective of service received, no service........

Flew in yesterday ( Sept 14th) nice place to eat. Also busy airport as the day progresses.

We live in Temecula and base our airplane at F70, so maybe a bit biased but we are proud to have this great little restaurant at our airport. It is not just a fly-in restaurant, as many non-flying locals also eat there. Always great food at reasonable prices. Our out-of-town friends always love it.

We visited French Valley Cafe for the first time. On ordering a sandwich amongst 2 of us, we had an arrogant comment passed by the waitress saying '' THESE GUY'S always share one''. It was a very rude comment considering the fact that we were visiting for the first time. I’m still trying to interpret the meaning of ''THESE GUY'S''. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with us not being American Nationals.

Was introduced to this neat airport by my instructor last summer - been back at least a half dozen times. Nice long runway, beautiful scenery. Hot air balloons and wineries in the distance. The restaurant has very good food at down home prices. Great view of the runway. Airport located just 2 miles from Old Temecula, which is loaded with California history. There something to do for every one of all ages there. An excellent way to spend a day or a weekend.

I love this place, I've spent a lot of time in here just watching the planes take off and land, it's very well known and even when I'm not flying in I still drive there and a lot of other people do as well. The airport is easy to find and get into, and taking your parents and friends there for dinner is always a nice treat for every one.

We have been to the French Valley Cafe many times and enjoyed ourselves each time. On the smaller side for a restaurant, it is refreshingly not a chain and you experience the difference. Good food, good service and great views!

I make the short flight from San Diego frequently. It is a pleasant little restaurant but the wait can get a bit long when it is busy on the weekends. The local non-flying residents have discovered this cafe! Bring a friend and enjoy the sights and sounds of the airport while waiting.

Great food, friendly service, and a nice view of the ramp and runway whether you choose to eat indoors or out on the patio. I tried the tilapia and it was delicious!! The restaurant is easily accessible from the ramp; transient tie down parking is directly in front of it. French Valley Cafe and F70 are what the "$100 hamburger" experience is all about.

Had lunch at the cafe a couple weeks ago. Wonderful scenery and helpful, polite staff. Looking forward to my next stop for the $100 hamburger!!
