What a great restaurant - outstanding view of the runway and the friendliest wait staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet! This is a Crown Jewel of airport restaurant as the interior is very upscale with amazing fine dining choices including lobster tails and steaks. They have a great salad bar, black angus burgers, salmon, grilled chicken sandwiches along with many, many other excellent selections. They also offer a complete Sunday brunch. The restaurant is part of their new aviation museum with alot of neat aircraft... This place is a pilot's dream!! Fly on down and taxi right up to the restaurant... Enjoy dining both inside or outside in the nice weather.

Drove to airport from Peachtree City, easy 30-minute drive along country roads on a Saturday morning. Had been to Grill at previous location. Very nice new interior but miss the nostalgia of old grill. Had great breakfast at reasonable prices. Ask for table by the windows to look out on the field. Friendly service.

We flew in for lunch on Saturday. The Barnstormer Grill has moved to the new museum building. It's the same great fun, but in a much nicer facility. They have put in a place to park your plane on the south side of the runway right by the museum. The parking area is packed dirt and was firm when we went it. I would be careful during wet weather though as it may get a little soft.

Flew into GA2 and ate lunch at Barnstormers. Great food/service. Parked plane 50 feet from restaurant. Restaurant hours are Fridays 12:00-9:00, Saturdays 9:00-9:00, Sundays 12:00-2:30. Unique airport with several antique airplanes under various stages of restoration. I was flying a lightly loaded A36 Bonanza (285 hp) and it was a hot day but got in and out of airstrip with no problems. Runway 31 has down hill slope.

Brought some friends in on a Saturday right at closing. Great service, good food and a pleasant change from asphalt and airspace. Expect some NORDO traffic.
