Showed up unannounced and were treated royally! They found us a great room at an inexpensive cost - with a hotel shuttle! Well worth any additional fuel cost!! The folks were professional and very friendly staff! When we stopped back again a couple weeks later, they even remembered us! Highly recommend them!!

A great FBO with great people. We had made an emergency landing at Great Falls due to mechanical problems. Even though they were very busy, the Director of Maintenance (Walter) looked at our airplane and worked with our flying club's maintenance officer to have new hardware drop-shipped from three different parts of the U.S. -- all delivered the next day at 0800 and promptly installed on the aircraft so we could depart by noon. Their labor rate was reasonable. Meanwhile, his colleague Kim had sympathy for our situation and had our fuel tanks filled for us at the self-serve rate. The lineman, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly as well. A courtesy car was provided to us (no charge). The entire place, including the maintenance hangar, is clean, neat, and professional. Nice couches & chairs in the lobby, vending machines, Wi-Fi Internet, and a separate flight planning room with two workstations make any visit there very comfortable.

Great job by the entire staff at Holman during our stay. Anything that was requested by myself or my crew was taken care of ASAP and always with a smile. Cecilia had us well taken care of the entire stay in Great Falls and her professionalism and dedication to detail is unheard of in this industry. Great job!

Holman was great. Stopped in to top off the mouse, and then also received a 25 dollar landing fee in the mail from the airport.

We stopped in Great Falls on June 17, 2008 and got great service from Holman. Cecilia at the front desk gave us a car to go for lunch. When we got back she wouldn't take any cash for gas. She helped us book a room and got us a $50 discount by telling us to ask for the Holman rate. She also arranged for a rental car. The flight planning room was good with two computers. The whole place was immaculate. Refueling was quick and efficient. When we got back in the plane (about noon), the engine was running rough. The mechanics said they would try to get to it that afternoon, which they did, and diagnosed it and resolved it quickly. I can't say enough good things about our visit to Holman.

I use Great Falls regularly for customs stop between Canada and the US. Holman's service is always quick and Cecilia is always willing to allow us to use one of their vehicles to grab lunch. This stop has never been disappointing and fuel price is a bonus. The FBO is great with computers available for planning. I would highly recommend this stop.

Absolutely terrible! I landed with a King Air 300 to drop 2 passengers for a total of 10 minutes on their ramp and was charged $100 ramp fee. Service? What service? Stay away from these guys at all costs... They are the last people you want to deal with.

Great service at Holman. Friendly staff and Cecelia is very helpful at the front desk. Fueled and hangared my plane quickly and had it ready to go when I arrived the next morning.

I stop at Holman Aviation every 2 weeks with a Metroliner. Their service is always topnotch and friendly. I am always met with line staff regardless of weather conditions, and it can get cold! Counter staff is always super friendly and helpful.
