This place & the guys are great. I picked up surprise icing (while VFR!) and had to divert here in emergency... They welcomed me, we're sympathetic, and offered to pull my plane into hangar right away to thaw out. When, being spooked, I decided to wait until next day for better looking weather - they charged very very reasonable overnight hangar fee. And plugged plane in to warm engine and fueled it up for next day flight. Thanks so much!

Five Stars is not enough to describe the service provided by the FBO staff, in particular the FBO manager Joshua. We have flown into I68 for business multiple times and had had issues with the local rental car franchise, so we were pleased to hear that Joshua arranged for a Turo rental car to be located on the field. We were the first renters to use it, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. They delivered the car right out to the plane (next to the red carpet) and the check-in was quick and easy. This new Turo option is a great convenience for pilots. The line staff are experts at marshalling in aircraft, and we were pleasantly surprised that they even have an MU-2 towbar. They offered to make room in the hangar for us, and they have a great diesel-powered GPU. We were offered cold water, and there was plenty of coffee and snacks available. The facility was clean and well maintained, with multiple comfortable areas for passengers to wait.
