I have been commuting between LRY and PWA for the last several months. I am now making a habit of stopping at K88 to top off. This FBO rates in the top 5% of places I have ever stopped. Kudos to Mitch and Allen County for maintaining such a great airport.

Had to make a diversion and ended up at K88, it was after hours and no one was around. Access is provided for after hours. The A/C was the coldest, the fridge well stocked with snacks (leave your money in the bucket), and fuel prices were fantastic. A county owned courtesy car is also available. Liked it so much I stopped over on the way back from Oshkosh.

Best discovery I've made in years! Great fuel stop, easy in and out, good runway and ramp full. Service at ramp prices, Mitch is the key, what a guy. Anything you need he gets for you. Best Mid-America stop without a doubt. Fuel less than $5.00.

In late Tuesday for a cheap/quick turn. I called when we were landing and Mitch was waiting for us with the crew car running and cooled down. Even though fuel is "self serve" he fueled our aircraft personally while we went to town for a quick bite. On top of that he resolutely refused a modest tip. We will certainly be back. Mitch should be giving lessons to the "big" FBO's!

Very user friendly, fuel priced as published (3.82) Jet A, clean restrooms, I will definitely stop again.

A well-maintained airport with a long, pristine condition runway. This county really cares about its airport. Fuel is cheap (less than $5 still). I called ahead and the airport manager Mitch fueled my plane, arranged for parking, and had the crew car running & ready with the AC on. Better service that you might get from a "full-service" FBO.

Nice fuel stop with an enormous concrete ramp and gorgeous runway. Thanks!

Although there was no one on the airport when we arrived on a Saturday PM, gas was available and the lock to the FBO door was identified to us visitors. Made for a good gas and pit stop!

What a fantastic airport! There isn’t a lot there, but this should definitely be on your fuel stop list. Not only do they have the cheapest gas around, but also they have first class service even on Sunday! Thanks Mitch!

Fueled twice this month. Great for a quick, inexpensive fuel stop. Thanks Allen County!

Mitch at Allen County was *wonderful* I can't thank the community of Allen County and Iola enough for supporting this wonderful airport facility. The cheapest gas along my route (at $2.80), Mitch did indicate the price was going to have to rise to about $3.40 or so within the week. I had to spend the night for weather, and Mitch offered to tow my aircraft into their large hangar to store it overnight for free. This was above and beyond. The Best Western was inexpensive, had a restaurant nearby, and was *QUIET* so I was able to get plenty of needed rest to fight with Mother Nature. This has become a *new* destination for me when crossing the USA from Oregon to Virginia.

I made two stops here during the Memorial Day weekend. Although Mitch wasn't there, he made sure that I had access to the airport courtesy car. Best fuel prices of anywhere around. Easy RNAV approaches with vertical navigation and a nice long runway. Within 5 minutes is a great local hamburger place called Kings. K88 is a must stop for fuel, clean restrooms and no hassles. Thanks Mitch.

I stopped in for a load of fuel and it was an easy in/out. Runway is long enough and no obstructions. They have a Self Service fuel system that worked fine. Long enough hose too which is often a problem for fueling my plane. Fuel price was great, I wish I lived closer.
