As with most places with a heads up on their common freq on rollout was greeted very promptly w/ a follow me van to their line. Lineman was very helpful putting bags in the van and getting us buttoned up. Friendly and informative desk staff, they made sure I had their business card before departing. Called ahead the day of departure for some fuel and had everything waiting on me for arrival. Of note the fees of 18 dollars/nite are not Mid-Atlantics but charged by the airport. No courtesy car or van and its about $25 one way cab fare to the strip. Overall facilities were easy to access but the lounge was rather small and flight planning room was pretty small. Unless there was another one that I didn't see it only had one computer. Fuel price higher than the avg...But if you're heading outbound to the south you only need enough to get to some cheap fuel at Accomack County VA (KMFV) 122nm away.

Great service and ladies at the counter were very nice and easy to deal with. Be advised that crew cars are only available with 70 gal or more purchase. Avis was great to get car from for less than the price of a cab. Will definitely be back!

Arrived today to top off the tanks in my Cessna 172. I was quickly guided to a parking spot, and my tanks promptly topped off. Overall, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Very professional operation, everyone was extremely outgoing and courteous. - I will not hesitate to stop in again the next time I am in Atlantic City.

Great service at this FBO. We arrived in a Cessna Cardinal on 9/23 and were immediately met by the "Follow Me" van - before I could get out of the aircraft the lineman had the luggage in his van and drove us to the terminal. While I was registering, he had the luggage in the car service. The return trip was equally well done. A great experience and I will return here whenever I fly into ACY.

$17 Ramp and parking fee for a Cessna 172 with a student pilot and fuel purchase. No crew cars. On the bright side staff was nice but when they gouge you I guess they should be.

Flew in with our C-208 Caravan. Good care and service facility. Easy cab ride to fantastic Atlantic City.

Just flew an Angel Flight to ACY today and had great service from Midlantic. Very courteous and helpful. Thanks Midlantic see you next time!

I have flown into ACY on many occasions, both in singles and twins. I find the landing and overnight parking fees for a Navajo or 172rg to be reasonable. The counter staff and line service are also very accommodating. Job well done!

Landed in ACY to spend the night on the way home to Florida. On arrival no one from line service greeted us. Fuel was high, but Mid-Atlantic is the only game in town. The cab ride to the casino hotel on the boardwalk was $30 going and $37 returning to the airport. We sure miss Bader Field and wish there were another choice of FBO's in ACY.

Went to ACY for the first time for the airshow yesterday, and after reading the comments here I was braced for the poor service. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Called the FBO taxiing in, they asked if I required a cab and I did so they had one called immediately, they had a flagman waving me to a "follow me" cart, parked me, asked if I needed any services (did not need and probably would not have bought fuel at their price anyway), I was in a waiting, pre-cooled, air-conditioned van and brought to the FBO with my passenger in seconds, my form was already filled out with them asking for just a name and contact phone number along with the already known landing and ramp fees, I was on my way in minutes with no waiting, hassle, inconvenience or discomfort in any way. Upon returning to the airport I received my clearance and was on my way as fast as I could taxi to the active, again, zero delays. For the $18 I was pretty satisfied, no complaints at all.

I can only say that Midlantic Jet Aviation is mediocre at best. Upon arriving on the ramp, the lineman was nowhere to be found, and I had to park my aircraft (Piper Aerostar) on my own. When I asked about a crew car, the response was that only flight crews flying jet aircraft could have crew cars. They had many extra cars available. Too bad there is no other competition on the field. I am extremely disappointed at the quality, or lack thereof. I really hope that Midlantic will somehow improve customer relations.

From Scott Semmes on 30-Apr-2009

I was not by any means impressed with the courtesy or service I had received at Midlantic Jet Aviation. I flew there in one of the 172's I own. The staff at Midlantic gave preference to other larger single and multi engine aircraft while I was there. This is not a way to do business. Every customer should be treated the same regardless of equipment flown. Upon landing, I was not asked if I needed any services, and as soon as I was marshaled into a parking spot incorrectly, the line guy disappeared. Too bad there is no other competition for Midlantic at ACY.
