Wonderful people, great service. On a cold day, I called the night before and asked if they could hook an extension cord to my Reiff heater. When I got to Atlantic I was surprised to see an extension cord hooked to my plane and then thru two sets of doors and plugged in, in the lobby. Thanks!

Clean facility. Friendly faces. Most expensive gas in the universe. If you must fly to Dallas, go anywhere else if you can. If not, you'll at least be comfortable.

Have always found the Atlantic team professional, helpful and genuinely interested in you and your aircrafts welfare (and I can be a royal pain to them:)...Cannot say enough good things about Katherine!! 3 Stars to the folks at Hawthorn Suites as well. 1 mile from airport, shuttle service, CLEAN, QUIET, GREAT value... Kept my Turbo 182 at Atlantic for 6 weeks over December and January and this place is absolutely the best. Fantastic customer service and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Great Job Guys!

Dog rescue flight. I needed to drop off the dog to a volunteer from the Miniature Schnauzer Rescue of North Texas, and it seems the old terminal building is gone, so I couldn't figure out any place to park except at an FBO. I didn't need any fuel, but the two very nice fuel guys helped me unload the dog and all its stuff and offered to carry it to the volunteer's car, even though I wasn't buying any fuel. If I have a chance to buy fuel here someday, I'll do it at Atlantic.

Fuel prices are beyond obscene no matter what the service offered is. Typical ADS operation.

Great friendly facility. I am just a Cirrus single engine but they treated me like a jet customer. Arrived at night. Gave me a ride to nearby hotel. Modern and clean. Only downside was that I needed oxygen and their service provider was not available on the weekend. But the front desk made several phone calls to folks at home to try and help.
