Arrived as an Angel Flight and was met by line personnel and parked right at Million Air entrance. By the time I shut down, I had four (4) Million Air staff waiting to service my plane and offer transportation. Although I did not get a Beemer or Mercedes Benz, I did get round trip transportation to the Mall for an excellent lunch. When we returned to the ramp, there was our A36TC parked with the big boys. All this without a fuel purchase. First rate, first class, first choice.

Great service and people. I'm not sure where the other post came from, however we received great service. Prompt attention from the time we arrived on the ramp, to the CSR's, fuel, and ground transportation. The facilities are first rate and clean. There might be other good FBO's at ADS but none better!!!

Cannot believe that I have to warn others about service as this. I flew a 200 KingAir in on last month and received bad service in every aspect as previously described. First renting a car from the girls at the counter is useless as they only know how to hand you the keys and provide no other assistance as rewards or if you have a problem with the car. I rented two vehicles, one as requested the other had less than 3/4s of fuel and driven only 14miles. I was charged for 318miles that did not exist, as it showed out with 15500 and return with 19600 on the miles. That’s 4000 miles in 6 hrs. The FBO did not care and said to take it up with the hertz people, after charging me 250 extra for the fuel. I told them a 4pm depart and they pulled it at 430. I sat for an hour waiting to preflight and this put me out an hour late. I had been here and always like it. I WILL NOT BE BACK! They make you look as bad as they are to your paying paxs. SOO LONG USLESS AND HELLO ENCORE

I am a local ADS customer of Million Air with an A36 Bonanza. I have been disappointed with their GA service for many years, and have had recurring problems with incorrect fuel billing, highest 100LL fuel prices at ADS, had periods when they wouldn't provide pullout/pushback service in my T-hangar (previously sheared my nose gear tow pin when they did), have left my plane out overnight when they agreed to top off & pushback, slow fuel top off dispatch, and - most importantly - just don't seem to appreciate my GA business. With fuel over $6 per gallon, you would hope they could get the basics right, and maybe offer a friendly GA service smile....

First class treatment each and every time. Whether flying a local based aircraft on contract or come here with our Jet, the Line crew, CSR's and everyone around here assures five star treatment. Thank you.

*WARNING* If you fly a single, care about your plane and do not wish to be ripped off then avoid this FBO! They do not want GA at this Location and will work hard to prove it. Avgas is off the chart and they are very rough with the aircraft. I left my Archer there for 2 hours and returned to find the nose wheel fairing broke and rude desk personnel. I was charged a $38.00 ramp fee for my trouble and all but told to take a hike! I was told when I arrived my plane would be kept on the ramp by the FBO and instead it was in a parking lot half way up the field. The manager was stone cold and told me if it got out that they did not charge me a fee then "very little single would be stopping in here and we jut don't have the space for that!" Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that wants your business. In all fairness this is the only Million Air location I have had issues with but it’s not the first time I have had problems in Addison.

The road crossing the runway will try to launch you into flight before you may be ready. Be prepared for this, and push your nose down, at the road to prevent premature take-offs. I'd strongly suggest that your first flight to this location be with an instructor, or very experienced pilot. He pilot lounge is not as nice as Encore and people are not as nice and willing to go out of there way to help you, not to mention the ramp fee at Encore is only 15 dollars

I would like to throw my support to Million Air, and disagree with the last post. We have been in to this facility twice in the last month. Each time we were met at the plane with warmth and graciousness from the line crew. The desk staff not only was professional, but also personable -- certainly not robotic or unfriendly. The facilities are, as they have always been, fabulous. A lot of other wannabe luxury FBOs should take a note from Million Air Addison. Great operation all around, and we'll be back!

Million Air has a very comfortable facility. They do give Angel Flight customers a discount on fuel. The same reception has occurred on several visits--not friendly. Personnel are not rude--it's more robotic. On 21AUG07, I requested a quick turn, fuel purchase, with a previously filed departure based on their turn time--aircraft was pushed back into a corner of the ramp and I received my fuel "later."

General Aviation??? The whole group of Million Air people needs to call AOPA for a definition! If you don't drive a jet you are really are not welcome! I spent almost 12 hours at the FBO and the employee's there are the unfriendliest bunch of people I have ever met! Fuel is overpriced; they park you piston people on the south 40 (hate to ruin their reputation)!! Front desk wanted to know if I had prist with my 100LL.. Now you all know the rest of the story.. Remember Million Air; the Wright Bros aircraft did have a prop! PS.. Want me to vote for you as #1 FBO? Guess what my vote would be?

Flew my Mooney in yesterday and was marshaled in next to the bizjets right up front. Line service was on the ball and the CSR's inside were all outstanding. First class service all the way. Expensive, but no disappointments.

This is the best FBO in the country (IMHO). Excellent staff (both line & counter). I have been here in Jets and Piper 6X .. Treated equally. I love the pilot lounge and expecially the movie theatre ...

Arrive with our two granddaughters for a day of spring break shopping. Ask the front desk staff where we could catch a bus to the mall (could be the biggest mall in Texas), and even though they were extremely busy with Biz Jets, they offered the four of a round trip ride in the crew van, FOR FREE!! And this was before I put in a fuel order. (23 Gal. Avgas). We had a great time and will return.

I was in and out over the weekend in a SR22 and treated the same as the jets everytime. Great customer service!!!! New facilities.
