Repeating all the other positive things others have said recently. I stopped in last Sunday flying from NJ (MMU) to Columbia (CUB) and saved myself over $100 over the fuel prices in either location, thanks to this wonderful little airport and the service provided by AirNav. “Most grateful”. Very nice facilities here, and obviously a nice aviation community.

Great place to stop in. Super nice new facility, easy to use self serve fuel that is almost always cheapest in the area. Great folks, especially Gary who packaged up and shipped to me the sunglasses I had left behind!!! Thanks again Gary!

If you are ever flying near Anson County and need/want a great place to stop, this is it! Fuel prices are the best in the area. The facilities are new, clean and well kept. Service was excellent. Gary helped refuel the plane at the self-service pump and let us use the airport van overnight. Gary, thank you again for your assistance.

On Fri. Nov.30th 2007, I was en route from DE to Moultrie, Ga. with a friend to pick up his brand new Maule. Picked Anson Co. As a fuel and rest stop and was so pleased with the service, we stopped on the way back up four days later. The fuel prices are the best in the region, the facilities are new, and Gary was helpful in using the self-serve pump, and even drove me into town to get lunch. I would recommend Anson Co. as a stop for anyone else, you will be pleased with the experience.

I've been coming to Wadesboro for a while now and it really has improved vastly from my first trip with all the new furniture and building etc. The last visit was especially great considering we got in shortly after closing time. We arrived in a Trinidad and pulled up to the pumps for some gas. The owner of the aircraft went into town for some business I tried starting the engine so I could move it to the parking pad. In addition to my igonorance, a hot start, and a weak battery soon there was no more juice to start. After several hours the owner returned, and Gary drove out well after closing time to assist us. You can have all the newest buildings and furniture but without great people you still really don't have much, this place in my opinion has it all.

What an awesome experience at this airport. I landed and was greeted by Gary at the self-serve pump. He assisted in setting it up. Afterward, I had pulled the cowl off my C-150 due to a suspected exhaust leak and without prompting Gary offered assistance including using the airport van, tightening up bolts and expertise in fixing the problem. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. See y'all next week when I'm passing through.

Anson County was an AWESOME surprise. It has a brand new runway, ramp, FBO building, parking lot & sounds like more to come! I flew a King Air 200 in and Gary let me take the airport van overnight to the hotel for free! I filled up with some jet fuel due to the extremely reasonable price $3.22. This was one of the friendliest and pleasant FBO experiences I have had in a long time. FBO offers leather furniture, television, Internet, wx, and much more. Thanks Gary for everything and hope to see you again!

Anson County has just hired Gary as the new manager of the airport. With the new terminal building, free wifi, good fuel prices and now good service, Anson County Airport is a must stop.
