Truly a five star experience - far and away the best flight operation I've ever come across. Aircraft are state of the art, new and kept clean and well maintained. Instruction is first class - high quality and lots of fun flying with these guys. I can't say enough positive things about Independence Aviation.

I've recently had the honor of doing flight training with Independence Aviation and am thrilled with the experience. I'm from the east coast so wanted some real mountain flying experience. Chuck has truly been an amazing instructor who's given me confidence to fly safely in the mountains by not only telling me what to do, but also explaining the reasons behind why things are done a certain way. His local knowledge of the area is invaluable. His personality was a perfect fit too - he's serious about safety, but also has a calming demeanor that makes the training relaxing and enjoyable. I've flown in roughly 30 states, but the flying that I've been able to do with IA has been among the most enjoyable ever. If you're looking for a first class operation who cares about your safety and making you a better pilot while having a blast doing it, look no further than Chuck, Bob and the rest of the crew at Independence Aviation for an experience you'll never forget. Thanks for such a great job!

This is the most professional group of instructors and aviators I have ever had the privilege of flying with. In the 3 years I have been with IA they are constantly striving to improve service. A top of the line crew and aircraft.

Outstanding flight school and aircraft leasing. Having run the flight training for a major airline, the standards and quality of instruction at IA is very professional. I trust IA not only with my training, but that of my daughter.

My flight training at Independence Aviation to this point has been excellent. I am learning more than I have at other flight schools, as well as enjoying the experiences with the friendly staff. Independence Aviation offers a community of pilots, while providing services for those passionate about aviation.

Bob Stedman, Chuck Gensler, and the entire crew of Independence Aviation are the best people we have worked with in any business, not just in aviation. Over the years they have helped us select an airplane, purchase an airplane, obtain our licenses, provide recurrent training, and manage our airplane all in a professional and first class manner. And, if all of that wasn't enough, they are always available to my team and me as our aviation mentors and friends. Any time of day or night, we can call upon Independence Aviation with any request large or small and they are there to help us. If we are looking for help to make a go/no-go decision or to evaluate a flight after the fact, they treat every question as if no question is a stupid one. And, we can ask stupid ones! For the experienced pilot or for someone just starting out, you could not pick a better team to work with than Independence Aviation.
