I called Denver Jet several weeks prior to my arrival in December to request that our 210 be hangared the night before we were scheduled to leave. I confirmed this request 3 days before we arrived and also when we arrived. The morning of our departure the temps were 25 and I found that our 210 was still on the ramp- cold and with frost covering the plane-the chocks were literally frozen to the ground. At this point they did put it in a heated hangar and were helpful. But, this delayed our departure by 2 hours, which caused us to cancel another commitment we had. Also, the delay was frustrating as weather was approaching. On a positive note, Pam with the car rental agency that is located in this FBO was fantastic. She met us planeside with the car. Super service. Thank you

This is the first time I've even TALKED with the folks at jet Center. We arrived in two Cherokees for breakfast at the restaurant in their building. Line guy was pleasant and helpful, the counter personnel were as well. We don't need their level of services, and they still were pleasant! Thanks jetCenter!

Well, we said previously that we would return and now the PC-12 is based here! Great service by all concerned. Everyone goes that extra "mile" to put the SERVICE in "customer service!" Loading, supplies, vehicles, passenger assistance is always at the 110% level! Keep up the great work!

Another excellent job performance at this "premium FBO!" Had to divert to KAPA due to unforecast weather at destination (KFTG), but with a quick call to line staff they were ready with taxi for passengers and hotel on the airport for me. Their ability to respond on short notice, details quality training, knowledge and abilities of their entire staff. Had to wait for frost to clear the PC-12 before startup in the AM, but they allowed the plane to stay on the front line until it was cleared. Great crew as always! We will return!

Once again Chuck Halderman's staff has impressed me. Tessa and Clayton went out of their way to see service exceeded expectations. From fueling, to hangaring and calling in advance to insure my TBM was ready when I wanted to leave.

The PC-12 was staged at Denver JetCenter for a few days and we received service at the 110% level! Used the AIRBOSS discount, too, along with superior professionalism and customer service of their highly trained staff. Chuck Halderman is to be commended for his leadership in running an excellent facility. Tessa does a great job taking care of the customer to always ensure a satisfactory FBO experience. Jason called to ensure that all "line" staff took care of the airplane needs. We will definitely return!

Wow! Tessa, Danielle, and the rest of the staff are the best! Every time I go there (1-3 times a year), they treat me like I'm their favorite customer. You will be pleased.

First class service. The Downwind Restaurant is upstairs, they are EXCELLENT!! Fantastic breakfast and lunch. Haven't tried them for supper, but they should be great. The Downwind also supplies catering. Pilot shop inside FBO, another one next door.

Stopped through in single engine to pick up passengers. Did not purchase fuel. No fees. Line cleaned windscreen before I left. Nice FBO. Excellent experience.

I stopped in for dinner 2/12/2010 with my wife. Line service was very professional and the staff was very friendly. An hour and a half later we were given the choice of a 75 gallon purchase or a hundred dollar ramp fee. I won't be visiting this FBO again.

Fran Shoup at DJC is one the most knowledgeable and helpful staff people I have encountered in 40 years of flying. He is in DJC East and if you want a quiet uncrowded place to load and unload your passengers this is the place. He will arrange transportation or maintenance whether you are in a G5 or a 172.
