Had a GREAT lunch at Skidmarks! Mark has been in the barbecue business for many years now bringing it to the Apple Valley airport. If you like barbecue.... You will LOVE it!

Cafe/Restaurant is OPEN and with great food. No longer Leonard's, it's now Skidmarks and they have a fantastic menu featuring smoked and grilled meats hot off their custom grill and smoker. Mark and Beth are the new owners and they and their staff provide excellent service along with great food!
