I flew a Cherokee-6 in on a clear Sat in the fall. The surrounding terrain is more mountainous than many east coast airports (and more beautiful). Plan your approach and departure accordingly and avoid the airport in high winds or IFR conditions. The old FBO is closed, the new FBO was not open = no bathrooms. The Apron provided plenty of parking. Self serve 100LL worked well. The local soaring club was busy.
