Great visit at Solo. Prompt service. Great customer service. No GPU for the jet, though. That won't stop me from going there again.

We arrived on Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend. We were met promptly and the rental car we'd arranged through Solo was ready to go. Several hours later I received a phone call asking me if I'd like the plane pulled inside a hangar as the field was now forecast for a tornado warning. I appreciate the heads up and concern for the airplane's condition. I dealt with both Jake and Olivia who were very friendly and helpful.

Landed Saturday afternoon for an overnight stay. The Alamo rental car folks shutdown PRECISELY at 1:00 (we were standing at the counter at 1:02) and refused to rent us a car ("I'm off the clock" was the response as the employee walked out the door). In contrast, the Solo Aviation office staff, especially the General Manager, Sharon couldn't have been more helpful. They gave us a ride to the hotel and helped us find alternate car arrangements. This despite the fact they were hosting a busy "National Learn to Fly" event. Thanks!

Just flew into ARB for the Ann Arbor Art Fair. The staff at Solo tracked my flight in, greeted me on the ramp and immediately helped with our bags and tying the plane down. Also called a cab pronto. When we got ready to leave they had the plane topped off and good to go. Sharon and the Solo team were very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely return!

Excellent service as previously described; also note that they've got arrangements with the Alamo/National car rental counter to pick up your car from Solo after the car rental people go home. (Note that you do need to call ahead and talk to them first.)

Flew into ARB for a couple of days and had some routine maintenance done while I was in town. Great service! Very attentive nice staff at every level, line guys mechanics, office staff (Sharon) and even the owner. Help with getting a hotel room when I came in a day early. Gave me a ride over to the hotel. Kept the plane in the hangar until I came back. Friendly, helpful...Could not have been a better experience. Thanks!
