I have not met a friendlier group of people than the staff at Solo Aviation. They run a great business and are willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend them to potential aviation customers.

I landed there on August 31, 2007 and took off on the Labor Day. ARB staff is very friendly and their ready-to-help attitude warmed my heart. The lobby is very nice and clean. Nice job. Keep it up.

Solo did a nice job handling my aircraft, and me in for an overnight. Solo is the FBO in the old Terminal building, near the tower. A lineman directed me to parking and helped carry my bags in, and when the hotel shuttle (Four Points Sheraton) didn't wait for me (I was late) he drove me over to the hotel. The National/Alamo rental car office is right in the same building. There was no ramp fee (but I did buy gas).

The staff at Solo Aviation is great. My wife needed to see a doctor at UofM. To save time we flew in from Midland. I called the FBO the night before and asked if they had a courtesy car to save on a rental that I only would have needed for a couple hours. They said one would be available. When we arrived the car was waiting as promised. It was one of their personal cars, clean and full of fuel. Outstanding service, very helpful!! I will stop in at Solo Aviation every time at Ann Arbor.

Solo Aviation is great. My wife and I landed on the 24th of May, were greeted warmly and taken great care of, both that day, and throughout our visit to Ann Arbor. We will be back to visit the area, and will use Solo Aviation again. Thanks everyone.

Stopped in at Ann Arbor during cross country flight. Told the line guy at Solo who came out to greet my Piper Arrow that I didn't need any fuel. Then I asked if they had a courtesy car we could borrow to go to lunch. "Sure, no problem, here's the key". And they gave me directions to Raja Rani Indian Restaurant (about 4 miles away at 400 South Division). Just before we left, we asked them to top off our plane anyway. Back an hour and a half later (after dumping a few dollars of gas into the gas tank, of course), and they gave me my bill for $16 or whatever it was for the gas in the airplane. VERY friendly, very accomodating. Certainly, in my experience, a good bunch of people.

Was there over the summer. Excellent staff. They let me get on their computer to go on Duats. They let us use one of their vans for several hours. Their slogan is amazing. "Turn off video games, turn on airplanes."
