		Flew in from KCUB for a Valentine's Day lunch with my wife. Great service, reasonable fuel prices, friendly folks. I've been going there for years and it's always worth the trip.

		We originally just came for a fuel stop because JZI is so outrageous. Great SS pump with good fuel prices. Then we were offered a courtesy car to our surprise. Took a 30-minute tour through Beaufort, which is just a beautiful little town well worth visiting. We'll be back.

		I spent a week at Beaufort County KARW) doing [first-rate] accelerated instrument training program with Doug Carmody at Executive Flight Training. The employees at the airport were extremely friendly and accommodating during my visit. We were doing multiple training flights each day and, in addition to setting up the rental car, helped or offered to help each time with tie-downs and covering the plane. Fuel was promptly and professionally delivered every time, allowing us to keep the focus on training. Beaufort is a great place to visit or train. Easy to get around, many great seafood restaurants within a short drive from the airport -- and a nice, small-town feel to the downtown area.

		Yesterday was my second time in this month with similar experiences. After landing and immediately buying fuel the employee watched me fuel the airplane and when my mother was helping push the airplane in a slip he walked up, I assumed to help push, only to tell me to come inside and register for the tie down fees. I will never top off at this airport only enough to get me home! Tie downs on an empty ramp are never waved with purchase and worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sure shows it a govt run airport. Never answered Unicom and while fueling I asked fuel price..."I don't know but its under $4".... I paid $4.29..... Good job Buaufort Co.

		We stopped in at Beaufort County Airport. Very clean facility with friendly folks. I assure you Barbara Jean's restaurant is worth the stop. This is one of the few airports that provide ASR approaches, courtesy of the Marine controllers.

		Arrived on a Sunday about noon, was given the key to a crew car and directions to Barbara Jean's restaurant (about 2 miles) had a great lunch, everything from seafood to meatloaf, returned to find the plane fueled as requested. Very friendly service and they also have self-service pumps. Great place to stop.
