Being based in Nashua, I seldom get to experience the full Nashua Jet treatment. I recently organized a charity relief flight and the entire Nashua Jet team was incredibly helpful. They couldn't help enough, and they treated our visiting pilots amazingly.

I sent a message to the FBOs on the field due to an upcoming business trip. Bob at Jet Aviation replied right away w/ all the info and a crew car reservation. Great customer service. I will be taking my business here.

We recently visited Nashua Jet Aviation. Unfortunately, we only had a 30 minute flight in our Citation Excel so couldn't take on any fuel. The entire staff treated us as though we were buying 500 gallons of Jet-A.... Great folks, great attitude(s)..... Next time we PROMISE to buy some fuel. Thanks for the GREAT service.

The folks at NJA are absolutely top-notch. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to ensure our complete satisfaction, but Bob and Dennis especially stood out to us. Genuinely friendly, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and the facilities were good too, what with a quick yummy diner upstairs (7a-2p) and an extensive pilot shop just a one-minute walk away. Furthermore, we were operating out of this airport during the busy 2011 New Hampshire GOP Primary season when all surrounding hotel rooms were either fully booked or outrageously expensive due to all manner of media and political support staff saturating the area. These folks were willing and able to call the Hampton Inn a couple of blocks away and secure various flight crews rooms at the standard rate. When next in the Manchester/Boston area we will GLADLY revisit Nashua Jet Aviation. Thanks guys (and Gail)!

Be aware that if you arrive after hours there are no tie down ropes available (I had to run to home depot). I called ahead to let them know I was coming and they did not mention I would need ropes. On departure I was told they would leave ropes out for you but there was a communication breakdown. Service otherwise was good and facilities were clean. $10/night tie down fee regardless of fuel purchase.

Fantastic experience!! Bob, Gail and the lineman were great. Rental car was ready and we were on our way quickly after a great K cup coffee. This team knows what great customer service is and it is one of the best FBO's I have visited. And the fuel price is the best anywhere in the area. We look forward to another visit to NJA soon!

I was a customer of GFW since the '80s. It's great to see Nashua Jet Aviation doing such a great job now. I arrived just before a weekday sundown and was met by Dennis who really took care of my airplane. Prior to this I had needed hangar space to protect it from hurricane Irene and NJA had the space for the time I needed, at a reasonable cost.

I will say this team really appreciates your business and makes you feel comfortable. They look after your plane as if is there own. I would clarify parking and hangar fees before arrival as if you leave it to them they can be pricey.

We had to use Jet Aviation for 2 weeks when our own Jet truck broke down. The service for our Twin Otter was excellent. These guys really have the experience and know how to run a top notch operation. I will make it a point to use Nashua Jet Aviation in all my future needs. Thanks Bill and Bob.

I stopped recently at the old GFW. The new owners have done some very nice renovation inside. The service is great, with location central on the field and downstairs from a wonderful restaurant.

We stayed at Nashua Jet Aviation on a recent trip to Boston. It was well worth the extra distance. Friendly staff, clean FBO, outstanding service. Fuel was reasonably priced. If traveling in the area I will be refueling and parking with Bill and his staff again.
