Even though very, very busy during AirVenture week, they provided great service and a positive, can-do attitude. They were very courteous, professional, and gave excellent service. I had planned to go directly into OSH, but was diverted to ATW when the parking areas filled up, and even though I hadn't called ahead, Maxair was very accommodating.

I am in and out of ATW fairly regularly and also find Maxair friendly and helpful the tower staff is also very helpful and accommodating. A well-run operation.

Great FBO with wireless Internet in lobby, crew lounge, and weather room. All the desk folks and line crew I've met are great. Shawn and John on the line are pilots and they have gone the extra mile for my bird and me when I am there. Maintenance was also very accommodating to service a strut with fresh 5606 and Nitrogen for me one evening.

We tied down at ATW for several days during AirVenture. Very organized crew directed us to our grass parking spot and helped us push back into the parking spot and tie down. We found the service to be friendly and helpful even with the huge number of people coming and going. We filled out a card for fuel and oil orders and placed it on the prop when we arrived. The plane was fueled and ready when we departed. Great controllers at ATW as well. Very easy procedure in and out during AirVenture.

Landed at ATW at about 6pm on 2/8/07. Very friendly office girl, got us set up with their crew car so we could go get some dinner. Got back around 8, they were just locking up but were still very friendly. Wouldn't accept money for crew car gas, saying it was a free service they offered (we took no fuel) - unexpected and appreciated. For being the only FBO on the field, I thought they were a very well run operation. Will be back.

Spent most of AirVenture week tied down at ATW and found the staff at MaxAir to be efficient and effective through all the flow of people coming in and out.

Spent the week of Airventure operating a helicopter daily out of Maxair. Great experience, good people and fabulous controllers at ATW. It was obviously very hectic but even so everybody was wonderful to deal with, I will plan to stay there again.

The ground and office personnel were great. They couldn't do enough to make our stay better. They were embarrassed to except a tip. This will be the only FBO we go to for Air Venture. Appleton is a much better town to stay in for Air Venture and Maxair is the gold standard for FBO's.

Dropped off passengers and took on some fuel. Only FBO I have been to that will not let you pay for a specific number of gallons of fuel before they are done pumping, coiling the hose, filling out the fuel log, etc. Very frustrating when I was in a hurry to beat out some weather. The service was acceptable otherwise, but I would not call it "friendly".

Requests are fulfilled promptly and competently. However, this is not an airport where you will be guided to a park down and helped with your luggage. Worst stairs, double door combo in the country to squeeze though on the way into the FBO. Overall, good average FBO.

I land here regularly to visit family. The attitudes can vary wildly, but any service I have ever asked for has been filled promptly and cheerfully. The tower staff and controllers are always very friendly and professional to deal with. I enjoy stopping at MaxAir.
