Once again a Friday stop at Wings was AWESOME! Always worth a trip even though it was 300 OVC, there were a fliers to watch outside. Always will keep coming back!!

One of my favorite stops. Service is always prompt, food is always fresh and ample. They are a class act all around. You know if CHP and the Sheriff's stop there; its good!

I love eating at Wings. Each time I stop at KAUN, I stop to eat at Wings.

The Wings Grill is a frequent lunch stop for us. The outdoor shaded patio is a great place to have lunch and watch the airport traffic. Be aware that they take cash or check only, no credit cards. (There's an ATM in the cafe if you run out of cash.) Portions are ample, fries are tasty, and service is always good. We'll keep coming back!

Excellent, friendly service. The staff was busy, but still took time to greet us in a timely manner. Food is high quality, with ample servings. Prices are very reasonable, and our coffee cups and water glasses were never empty. Great experience, and we look forward to finding a reason to come back.

Stopped again this year on our annual trip from So. Cal. to Ashland, Oregon. As always, the service is friendly and prompt, the food good. Add good fuel prices and this is a perfect stop!

Stopped in this past weekend for Saturday breakfast, and was pleased as always!! Great food, service, and atmosphere! It's a great place to plane watch, and you never know who you will meet either! In this case it was Col. Bud Anderson!

Flew in last week and decided to try The Ridge golf course restaurant. It's a short, 2 block, walk from the airport. This is an excellent option to Wings. The food is higher quality and a nicer setting. It is more expensive, probably $2-3 per person. No view of the planes other than on downwind. We sat outside on the deck and had a great view of the golf course.

The only reason I haven't given Wings the full five stars was because of the slow service. Arrived at 10:50, seated 11:10, ordered 11:35, served 12:05. Felt too long, even though we were outside on a gorgeous day and enjoyed watching traffic come and go. Food was great. Staff was friendly. We'll go back!

Another place to eat is the golf course. It is a 10-minute walk from the airport with nice scenery such as brass sculptures and carp fish in a pond on the way to the golf course. The food is good and the restaurant overlooks the fairway.

Wings continue to be one of my favorite breakfast/lunch airport diners. Friendly and attentive service. The shaded outdoor seating is great for viewing airport operations.

I always order the "Erica's Grilled Cheese" with avocado at Wings Grill. I was stranded at Auburn two weeks ago for the big wildfire that closed the field but it was one of the few times that I did not go to Wings Grill. Then the fire started right after Wings closed. Connie, the owner of Wings, noticed that I was stuck late in the evening and she offered to make me a sandwich (Wings usually closes at 2PM). This was a really kind gesture during a very stressful day when I was trying to head home but couldn't due to the Firefighting efforts at the approach end of Runway 7. I'll certainly be back soon! And by the way, the food is the best I've had at an airport since Sky Manor in Pittstown NJ.

Stopped in for fuel and food on the way to Oregon from SoCal. Arrived just before the noon rush, got a seat on the patio and had a great meal, the food is very good! Could have enjoyed the patio for hours but had to get on my way.

Have had nothing but positive experiences going to Wings Grill - except that they were closed on Mother's Day. Like all $100 hamburger trip, remember to call ahead to insure the place is open!

Great place, but they close the outside patio from fall to spring, even on nice warm days. Airplane viewing from inside is pretty limited unless you get the few tables by the windows.

I have been going to Wings since 1997 and I have never been disappointed, the service is spectacular and the food is also! I would say that Wings should be the "Go To" destination for food, atmosphere and watching planes land and takeoff. Wings is AWESOME!
