What a nice crew we found this weekend at Landmark Aviation! Outstanding service, fine facilities, and warm welcome- all this, and a nice fuel discount for our charity flight organization's fly-in conference participants. They even jumped my sickly battery in the rain- with smiles. I'd sworn off landing at one of my favorite towns because of a bad - and expensive- experience several years ago, but thanks to Landmark's outstanding service, I'll put Asheville back on my great-places-to-go list.

GREAT Experience! We arrived in our Cherokee Six on Oct 22nd to enjoy the fall foliage. Two friendly linemen were on the ball to help us park. Rental car was pulled up to the plane where they helped us load our entire luggage and then they also helped us put our cover on the plane. I checked in at the desk with Rebecca who offered directions and upon discovering what hotel we were staying at told us to let the hotel know we were with Landmark for a better rate. In our case it was 33% off of the confirmed rate. By the time we got to the hotel she had already called them and had them change our rate. That's what I consider "above and beyond"! Departure was just as great on Sunday. Some of the folks were changed but they were just as great as the arrival crew. When we got the bill the fuel price was actually lower than listed on AirNav. The foliage was perfect and Asheville was an easy experience for our first flight into the mountains. The staff at Landmark made it an enjoyable one.

Flew in on a Saturday, called ahead and made a reservation. Courteous and professional staff. Line service helped bring bags in. Purchased about 30 gallons of fuel and requested hangar fee be waived, which it was. All in all a very nice FBO, no problems whatsoever.

As I taxied into Landmark, my rental car was being brought out to meet me. The line crew was attentive and patient as I am a little crazy about the type of equipment used to tug my Malibu around. Airplane was hangared ( at a very reasonable rate) and the line crew had it out in front exactly when I needed it. Terrific experience, Thanks Tom Watson!

Good service from Landmark in a brand new facility. Attentive ground staff and line crew. Had the rental car there with the AC running as I pulled up on a hot day. Gas is sort of pricy, but it is a nice operation

7/12/2009 thought I might be delayed leaving due to weather. Counter agent arranged for rental car and held it while we departed in marginal weather. Tracked me on flightaware and placed a follow up call after we landed at our destination...Super service!

Landed here over the busy Fourth of July weekend. Service was first rate. Line people were extremely helpful. Rental car was pulled up, helped with the luggage and asked what else they could do. Upon departure, they were busy but managed to quickly deliver ice to the plane and helped us unload the car. Facility is brand new. Well done!

We have been based at Landmark AVL since the first of June 2009 and couldn't be happier. The facility is pristine from the hangar floors to the passenger lounge. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The line personnel treat our CJ3 and totally restored Aztec with kid gloves. No plane is moved without two wing walkers. Fuel prices are the best at AVL. General Manager Paul Wood and his staff provide first class service.

Just returned from a flight to AVL in a Citation 501, where we used the Landmark FBO for the first time. It was a great experience. Passenger & crew rental cars were on the ramp when we parked & 3 line guys helped with baggage plus extra equipment. Everyone very nice & helpful. Paul Wood, General Mgr. showed us around the new facilities. Rebecca suggested some restaurants and gave us directions. Fuel cost & ramp fees more reasonable than the other FBO. Great to see some competition where there has been a monopoly for too long. Give them a try. You will be pleased.

First time to AVL and encountered friendly, professional service by controllers and Landmark Aviation personnel (linemen, OA and FBO manager). I called the night before and found everything as discussed upon arrival, including rental car driven to meet us at the plane. The FBO was very clean and well maintained. On departure, linemen assisted moving plane to SS pump and provided assistance as requested. Controllers were friendly and allowed departure over Biltmore Estates (request tower before takeoff). Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I had a short flight in, and needed only 9 gallons of reasonably priced fuel. When I went in to pay, Rebecca told me that she'd waive the tie down fee! Eric (lineman) was very nice, helpful and courteous. They both helped us get to our destination and told us about the local attractions- taking much time to draw maps and discuss the sights. They drove the rent a car to our plane and helped unload and reload luggage. The GM, Mr. Woods was also very nice. I felt like a king as I was treated like royalty. If you go to Asheville, this is THE place to tie down/refuel, etc. They are all SO nice!!!

My wife and I stopped overnight to see The Biltmore. Busy but good ATC service. The Landmark service was great, the car was on the ramp, the fuel was a good weekend deal and the tiedown fee was waved. Friendly folks. First class.

I pulled into Landmark recently ahead of an approaching storm, and asked to be put in the hangar. Within 5 minutes, plane was in the hangar safe and sound. All personnel, including line, desk and the general manager, were very helpful and courteous, and went out of their way to meet my needs. This is a beautiful new facility and was a great experience for me.

One of the best FBO's I have visited. Flew in from KHEF in my Malibu Mirage and tied down at Landmark. Crew on duty got the rental car right up to the plane. Aircraft was fueled and ready when we returned. These folks are super nice.

Beautiful facility and very friendly staff. I had asked that they have my rental car ready to drive to my plane when I landed. It was not only there, but with air conditioner running to cool down the car! Less expensive 100LL fuel and my PA32 was put in a hangar for 2 days - no charge.

The new Landmark FBO at Asheville is a FIRST CLASS FACILITY. They have a beautiful new FBO with Fantastic service and a staff that makes you feel welcome and your business appreciated. I can't say enough good things about them. They are a little hard to find on your first visit, they are set back behind and a little North of Odyssey, exit the ramp on Delta taxiway and they are straight ahead. This new FBO is definitely worth finding.

Flew in from KSRQ in my bug covered Cirrus. Line guy even helped me wipe down leading edges. Car was at plane and people are super nice. This is one of the best FBO's I have ever been to. VERY nice facilities with the nicest people. If you are going to KAVL you must use Landmark. What a great experience. Reasonable fuel but superb service. Thanks a ton to all the people there. Really helpful and FIRST CLASS! Thanks to all you guys for all you did. We will be back.

Absolutely top-notch support! Spent 3 days in Asheville and they offered to put our Caravan in the hangar during multiple t-storms at no cost. Fueling and aircraft was ready on-time everyday...And their FBO has awesome facilities! They even stayed open late when we were arriving after their closing time. Will definitely use them my next time through KAVL.
