Great place to stop for Memphis. We got a rental car, which they had there and available for $47. Can get discounted rates for hotels in either West Memphis or Memphis. They could stand to get some proper equipment for airing up tires, though.

Great FBO!! I called days ahead to schedule a rental car and the weather looked like it wasn't going to cooperate, so I re booked the car for the next day. On the trip there the weather cleared up and we announced our gps approach on the CTAF right about closing time. To our surprise the FBO responded and the rental car and a lineman were waiting for us on the ramp! Despite canceling the car and showing up a day early we were treated like royalty. Jet A service for 100LL single engine prop!

One of the friendliest airports we've ever been to. Helped us with rental car, hotels, restaurants, and such. However, when we got home we received a hand written thank you card - signed by the entire staff!!! Now that is GREAT service - please stop here - you will not regret it.

I have laid over 6 times in the last 12 months. This is an excellent FBO with friend and effective staff.

We stopped in twice in one day to pick-up and drop-off a passenger. The linemen met us and spotted our plane on the north end of the ramp and drove us back to the terminal in a golf cart. The terminal is a very nice facility. The staff were very courteous. They have a volume discount for fuel purchases, and gave me the same discount for a 10 gal. purchase! All of this while they were servicing large jets (we're a Beech Musketeer). We had a slight delay due to taxiway improvements, but the local pilots extended their pattern-work to let us out. Nice airport and a good alternative to KMEM when traveling to Memphis.
