Diverted due to weather. Needed pre-heat in AM, but line crew didn't show. Called line supervisor who was surprised and assured me crew would arrive before 10 (an hour late). We left note/phone no. Returned from breakfast at 11 Airplane on ramp, no preheat, line crew eating pizza, playing computer game. Then had to plow for 2 hours and then told preheat not working. Manager did not return calls.
Stopped for an overnight stay, as always great facility and the Skyline motel is a great reasonable overnight very close to the field.
