Friendly FBO and spectacular scenery in Bryce. Fuel and overnight charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to say THANKS!!! Stopped in Sunday 2/6/2011 on a cold blustery day, fuel truck was out of service, so the attendant directed us to and met us at their pumps and took care of us - also took care of snacks for my six year old - didn't catch your name, but thank you very much!!! It is nice to find facilities that still care about providing good service!!!

We had a very pleasant visit this summer. Transit to Ruby's was easy where we got a car. We stayed at Ruby's but later found a less expensive place close to the airport. FBO was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Excellent service and clean facilities. Long runway (7500 ft.) makes for less stressful high altitude takeoffs! As stated in previous post, Ruby's will pick you up and take you to their restaurant/hotel. Once you arrive at Ruby's, be prepared to have numerous dollars extracted from your wallet! Ruby's is not cheap for food or room. The park service shuttle will take you in the park from Ruby's.

Beautiful location. Nice clean facilities and friendly line personnel. Was offered a ride to the restaurant but declined b/c we were in a hurry. Watch density altitude, as it was 10, 200 feet when we departed!

The FBO service is great. The rental cars are handled by the local service station and their number is: 435 834 5232 Ruby’s will pick you up at the airport with a free shuttle if you are staying there or not. Across the street from Ruby’s is the national park shuttle bus depot, which will take you around the park. The rate to get into the park on the shuttle is $12 per person for the week. The rate to get in to the park in a car is $25 for the week. So if you have 3 or more it makes sense to drive into the park.

Once again, we had a great experience at Bryce Canyon. The folks at the FBO were extremely friendly and helpful. As we taxied in, we called on the Unicom frequency and they called the rental car operator to bring our Hertz rental car to the airport from town. So by the time we unloaded and walked to the terminal, the car was ready and waiting. On our departure Sunday night, the gentleman from the FBO waited after hours just to give us our fuel receipt. We will definitely be back! Great service.

Bryce Canyon Park is a uniquely beautiful natural wonder, and it is great to have KBCE so near. Tie-down fees waived with fuel purchase. Wifi in the modern terminal building. Friendly service.

Positive attitude even for a Cessna Cardinal. Ruby's will send car for p/u to have a meal or stay at hotel. One of the most beaytiful National parks.

Stopped both ways on a vacation trip to southern Utah. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the return, Unicom contacted us as we entered the tiedown area asking how they could help us. There's no red carpet but the people who work at this airport are very service oriented and we plan to stop there again.

Great service. Showed up as one of 5 fire helicopters working the Bryce Canyon fire. The airport made us all welcome--no small feat as we took up a LOT of ramp space. Thanks.

I travel to Bryce a few times a year to enjoy the local national parks. I am always impressed with the friendly service that I have received from the airport manager Greg. The folks at Sinclair in town are always happy to shuttle me in for a Hertz rental car, and the hotel folks at Ruby's hotel are always friendly. Watch the density altitude, and the occasional crosswinds.

Great FBO. We arrived earlier this week for a quick refuel after hours. One of the FBO employees made sure to wait for us (I had his cell number and spoke to him a few hours earlier) and put in exactly the amount of fuel requested. He also let me use the computer to plan my next flight leg.
