BCT has egregiously high prices, but expected service for these prices. Charge $25 facility fee+$22/night. They waive the facility fee if you buy 15 gls of gas $7.55/gallon, nearby was less than $5, do the math. The line staff are the one ray of hope at this place professional, friendly, and helpful. The rude inside office staff gave us a lecture about how they can't have a Mooney tying up their ramp with Jets coming (while we were offering to move our Mooney to wherever they'd like us to store it) and we overheard them make a sneer about our attitude. Called ahead on their UNICOM frequency, and the desk responded dealing with our rental car and telling us where to tie down was not her problem (despite what we were told when we phoned in the day before & watching rental cars pulled up planeside to jets). When we departed, one of the more senior CSMs was much more friendly offering us water and a golf cart ride to our plane, which was definitely a step up from our greeting upon arrival.

First time into Boca, and a great experience with Boca Aviation. Car at the wing, an earlier than planned departure brought an apology for not pulling up a Bonanza. Yep, a piston single. And we didn't top it. I'll be back.

There is a reason the other ramp is empty and Boca Aviation is hopping, its called customer service, and a well trained crew. We were at the other FBO for years and moved, no comparison. They get it and are the best FBO we visit.

Flew into BCT at night for a meeting last week. Boca Aviation crew was great. My ground transport was allowed out on the ramp to meet me. Flight line guy took care of everything. There were storms forecast for the next morning so I asked to have the plane tied down. Boca Aviation did one better - since they had room in their hangar they pulled the plane into their hangar - no extra charge. Great service.

We fly a TBM and a A36 into Boca on a regular basis and have always received excellent service from the staff at Galaxy. Rental cars are waiting with the AC on and there is always plenty of assistance for baggage and parking. We have always received excellent service even when they are busy with the corporate clientele. Linda Hernandez the Director of Customer Relations does an excellent job of insuring that all aircraft are treated in a professional manner and is very responsive to any special requests. Certainly not the least expensive FBO, but the prices reflect the high level of service one would expect from a top notch FBO such as Galaxy.

Boca Aviation staff helped make my recent visit a convenient, efficient, and pleasant experience. I was treated as if I was the most important customer they had at the moment even thought the FBO was busy. Thanks to the whole team. I will return to this FBO whenever business or pleasure takes me to Boca Raton.
