  I hate to admit it, but I don't normally use Signature in general due to the high costs I usually incur using them. However, THIS Signature is tops! Their fees were very reasonable and within the norm. The service was excellent and I would use them again next time in KBCT.

  These folks personify great service. I had a wonderful experience at Avitat that started with my first phone call and continued thru departure. I had a three day conference in Boca Raton. They offered to drive my wife and me to the hotel and pick us up when the conference ended, so I didn't need a rental car. The line crew knew how to properly fuel my MU-2 (many don't) and even reconnected the nose link for me. There were little touches like the CSR at the front desk offering a bottle of water when we arrived and the lineman inserting the exhaust plugs after the engines had time to cool. If all FBO's did business like this, there would be no negative comments anywhere on AirNav. Thank you, Avitat Boca Raton. I'm looking forward to my next trip.

  Have stayed over with Avitat BCT several times and like all here, they treat my Commander like G550 royalty. Very helpful staff and were reasonable negotiating fuel purchase + ramp fee + parking. Had a great conversation with a young line guy about his budding aviation career. Sure, everything at BCT is expensive, but it’s almost worth it to see the reaction of several non-pilot friends. One who picked me up said, "Wow, these folks are great and the place is beautiful. I can't imagine how they treat a guy who arrives in a Gulfstream." I told him, "Sure you can. You just experienced it."

  Excelent service great people!!! Flew in to attend a tea party rally and see Donald Trump speak. Was going to rent a car and Joe insisted on taking us in the crew car so we wouldn't have to find a place to park. They came backed picked us up, had plane fueled and ready to go. Only been to BCT twice but if I ever go back that's where I will go.

  Flew in for a basketball game at Florida Atlantic University, which is situated right next door. We were prepared to get a rental car for our 5 pax, but the very helpful staff insisted upon driving us to the game, with drop off at the door to the arena, with pick up service with a phone call. This was all offered prior to our fuel request. Their emphasis on service and professionalism is obvious, and although the fuel is outrageously high from my Kentucky perspective, it's quite low for the region. The facilities are jet-exec class and would be more than adequate should you be grounded for awhile. The Keurig coffee machine a greatly-appreciated plus !

  Flew into Boca Raton on 03/28. We received excellent service and the facility was impeccable. When we had weather trouble, Avitat organized a rental car for us at 12 in the morning and put the plane in the hangar overnight. A highly favorable experience!

  Once you go to Avitat at Boca Raton, FBOs will never be the same. Good Service, attention to detail, top-notch people on the ramp, and it doesn't matter it you pull up in a G5 or C172!

  This afternoon, the Sunday ending the Thanksgiving weekend, we received excellent service and attention from the team at Avitat. Today was one of the busiest days of the year for general aviation and Avitat BCT had their fair share of the crazy pie. Even though the ramp was "hopping", we received service that was well coordinated, accurate, professional, and courteous. The CSRs, linemen and women, and ramp personnel were a pleasure to work with and served us very well. They appeared to have all-hands-on-deck in staffing and attitude and it paid off in giving us a great experience. We were in a mid-sized jet, but observed several pilots of SE piston aircraft getting the same great service.

  I can't say enough about the folks at AVITAT Boca. Brought my plane in last month for some scheduled maintenance that was going to keep the plane down for 5 days. The Ladies there booked a rent car, hotel and suggested some neat places to go, as this was mine and my family’s first vacation to South Florida. Even after a day or two in the hotel, I received a follow-up phone call to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. These people LOVE their customers and go that extra mile to see to your comfort.

  I diverted to BCT in a C172 because of the weather near LNA. When I found out the starter was bad the line crew pulled the plane into a hangar for the mechanic who drove down from Lantana so he could work on it without being caught in the rain. They were extremely accommodating and offered first class service. I would recommend them to anyone flying to Boca Raton.
