I had to make an unplanned stop into KBFF because a passenger got sick. I really couldn't take much fuel however the friendly staff at Valley Airways took good care of us. They lent us the courtesy car overnight since the cab in town was hard to get a hold of and expensive. A++

Had an unplanned overnight stop here this weekend. 45+ knot headwinds going west had us decide to stop short of our planned overnight (RWL would have been 2 more hours in this wind). PJ was awesome helping us arrange a place to stay (Super 8 was very nice and a great price AND picked us up, and dropped us off at 6:30am). Full service at the FBO including fuel and tie down. Even offered to put us in a hangar overnight. Fuel was more than I would have planned, but the great service and nice planning room (and free popcorn) made it worth it.

Restaurant on-site, fuel readily available, nice staff/planning room

From the other posts I guess we arrived on a bad day(even though it was gorgeous and virtually no traffic), but when we were greeted the lineman was less than friendly. Similarly at checkout. The most accommodating person we met in BFF was the Coke vending machine guy. The fuel burned fine which is what matters.

In for overnite stay with our Turbo Commander N900NE. Best of everything for our needs. Nice lobby area for pax and crew needs. I encourage anyone who stops to get a car, go downtown to Paradise Cafe. Great food quality and selection here.

It is a nice fuel stop with a great restaurant too.

Stopped in along with a group of 30 airplanes from the Colorado Pilots Association. The FBO has a modern facility with a flight planning room and a pilot's lounge. The restaurant in the terminal served 50 of us for lunch with great food. The Chamber of Commerce for Scottsbluff even came out to greet us on our arrival. It's a great stop with friendly, helpful people. We'll be back!

Nice FBO and quick fueling, but no courtesy car. This is an amenity most pilots have come to expect. I shouldn't have to rent a car or pay for a $30 cab ride to get to town. Happy pilots = more fuel sales!
