I'm a regular visitor here, and the staff is STELLAR! I always feel like I'm the most important customer they've had. Other comments about the facility are correct - it's nicer than many fancy homes! Not just fancy, but very comfortable. Big screen TV, recliners, snooze room, shower, etc.

Fast, personal, and professional service. Nice facilities - I like the hallway that is made to look like the inside of an airplane. Great crew van. I will be back.

I made a quick flight to Bakersfield with 2 friends that are new to GA. When we landed in my Piper Arrow we were treated as if we had landed in Citation X. Crew car was available and nice (not one of those retired police cars). My friends were impressed and made the comment "This is the way to get around". It is this kind of thing that helps the public support GA! Thanks Epic!

This was my second trip to BFL and Epic Jet Center. There was nobody out to greet us when we pulled up, but I knew where to park based on past experience. When a lineman came out, he offered to put our 182 in the hangar. For a quiet FBO they definitely don't skimp on quality. It seems like most of the other comments also agree.

I flew to Bakersfield for business last week, and was very impressed with Epic Jet Center. Started with my initial phone call to inquire about fuel and use of their crew car. When I arrived, there was a minor misunderstanding on use of the car but they graciously accommodated my needs. Turns out they have a GREAT rate on rental cars through Enterprise. Greeted by friendly line personnel, who had me park on the nice concrete ramp right in front of the building, just like 'big iron'! They even offered to put my 172SP in their hangar for the short time I was there. Upon return to load up and fly home, bird was fueled, all windows washed, and a friendly "thanks" from all. Fuel price was only a few cents more than I pay at my rural home airport in NorCalif! Epic definitely works hard to earn the business. They are worthy of yours, and I know I will continue to use Epic whenever I come to Bakersfield.

Just really want to commend and thank Daniel, a great young man. Wife and I stopped last Friday evening for fuel and dinner downtown. Daniel was working alone when we, another single engine, and charter flight arrived almost at the same time. Daniel managed to address all of our collective needs quickly and efficiently. He maintained a quick smile and cheerful attitude. When we returned two hours latter for departure, he again was friendly, knowledgeable and cheerful. Our plane was fueled and ready for departure. Thank you Daniel and than you EPIC!

Flew in for an overnight in Bakersfield. As I taxied up to Epic, Mark was waiting to guide us in. He offered to put our plane in the hangar overnight at no charge. We were treated as though we were VIP's in a corporate jet but we were in my Piper Cherokee 140. The pilot lounge was amazing. They have a sleep room, pilot bathroom, a TV with couch and a computer with a color laser printer. We will definitely be back. Also, we stayed at the Hampton Inn. It was very nice with a breakfast included.

Great service at this FBO. Arrived on a hot (98F) afternoon for an overnight stay and a business meeting. They let me use their well appointed conference room for free, and they also put my plane in the hangar overnight for no charge. Great staff and very helpful. Very good fuel prices too. I'll use this FBO again.

Don't let the "Jet Center" in the name scare you away. I was treated well and there is a 30cent/gallon 100LL discount making Epic the low cost provider on the field. (Not sure if the discount always on or only certain days or what). Very friendly and helpful. Same price for SS or the truck!

Taxi past the other guys to Epic. I found this place a few weeks ago as a passenger on a charter. Flew in this afternoon with my cirrus and was met by Melissa and Jenny. They arranged hotel, ride, etc. - very helpful.

Epic Jet Center in Bakersfield is friendly, attentive, professional, and has great fuel prices. It is one of the most uniquely designed interiors I have ever seen at an FBO. Great experience!

Very nice facility and very friendly staff. I agree with the other positive posts. Also, Bakersfield seems to be home to plenty of small bugs, which makes for a very dirty windshield during descent/approach. The windshield was clean when I returned from a fuel stop.. Nice touch!

I've been here countless times. It's off the beaten path kind of hidden by the approach end of 30R by a hangar, but well worth the stay. Modern, clean facility, reasonable prices, very friendly/helpful staff. On my last trip I had the plane topped off and was talking with the manager, I looked back and saw lineservice cleaning the windows! Last summer (hot day) lineservice offered to move our aircraft in their hangar to keep it cool, upon departure it was moved back and the plane was cold enough that my passengers asked how it managed to stay so cool? Pilot lounge is top notch, weather computer, and wireless Internet access. The main hallway literally looks like you're walking down the center of a jet, and the attention to detail (actual prop blades are used as signs)... Absolutely the best FBO hands down. As an update there is now a vending machine for all types of drinks, don't forget the coffee station too (good quality, not Folgers). I'll be back again, this place is great.

EPIC was great. Called ahead and told Melissa of our arrival, but then with a late departure called her again and she went out and got McDonald's for my daughter and me since we wouldn’t have time to get a lunch. The service is outstanding. I will definitely come back. The prices are great too.

This FBO is incredible, extremely nice friendly people, the pilot lounge is more plush then my home, and their prices are very reasonable. I do not get to BFL all that often but when I do from now on it is Epic only....

Wonderful, wonderful folks! Limped in late on a Friday afternoon (June 26th) with an alternator failure. Within minutes they had my Arrow in the hangar and figured out the problem. They called in a favor and arranged for a new part the next morning. Erin provided us a crew car and made reservations at a nice hotel. Next day we returned at noon and the plane was ready to go! We were on our way to Disneyland to meet our kids/grandkids so failure was not an option. Thank you all for your friendliness, help and attention! Only FBO at BFL that should get your business is EPIC! Great fuel prices also.

I have been to all the FBO's on this airfield, and Epic is by far the nicest of them all. Cheapest fuel prices on the field, and their staff is always right there to help with anything you need. This is my choice for every trip to Bakersfield!!
