Bakersfield Jet Center has once again exemplified outstanding customer service! They have a first class facility, clean and well stocked, and the staff bent over backwards to help. When they found out we were going for a bike ride, and unfamiliar with the area, they researched a great place to ride, and printed maps for us while we buttoned up the plane. Kudos, and we'll be back again!

Staff is wonderful! They are extremely helpful. I had a mechanical question concerning my aircraft and they brought out a mechanic immediately to look and advise. Very clean facilities...Thank you for the Oreos, water, and iced tea!

I have been flying into Loyd's for 8 years with our Falcon 10 and in that time I have no complaints and many compliments for the excellent, friendly service they provide. The recent upgrade to Bakersfield Jet Center puts them in the BIG LEAGUE.

I worked out of Loyd's for three weeks, flying every day, their service was superb. The line guys were excellent as was the customer service reps. Mark in maintenance did an excellent job on our aircraft maintenance requirements. This is one of the best FBO's in the US. Thanks folks!

6/5/2010 - Used Loyd's as a fuel stop for 6 military helicopters. Quick turn around and very friendly despite us flooding their FBO with 40 people at once. Thanks!

Based with Loyd's for 3 weeks, flying almost every day. Chose them based on previous AirNav comments - we were not disappointed. I think we used every service they provided (fuel, maintenance, O2, hotel/car rental) - extremely professional and courteous. Felt like they really appreciated my business. All the employees were well trained and very helpful. Have to be back in the area later in the summer - I'll definitely be staying with them!

Great service. Quick, friendly, courteous, correct. Good fuel prices. Crew car is a BMW. Steve Loyd, the owner, is a professional pilot and knows what a pilot needs and wants. No comparison to other FBO's on the field.

Unbelievable service! Flew our CTSW in but were treated like we were celebrity VIP's. They put the CT in a covered tie down, arranged for a hotel room, and Mr. Loyd himself drove us to the hotel in his car. They are now located up on taxiway A at taxiway C. A great bunch of folks who can't w3ait to please. Highly recommend!

Called ahead and got good service for a quick turn in a King Air. They are now Bakersfield Jet Center (or something like that) and have much easier access than the twisting route to the Loyd's hangars.
