Arrived on Oct 11 for a few days stay. Edwards’s folks were very helpful. Would gladly use them again. On the other hand, I won't be using Alamo car rental again. The minivan was supposed to be at the FBO when we arrived, but it wasn't. And they "forgot" to apply my discounts when they finalized my bill, not to mention they squeezed 3 more gallons into the fuel tank for which I was charged $6/gal.

Good line service at Edwards. Lineman helped me reposition my Comanche to get maximum fuel into the tanks. Courteous young man.

We landed at Billings, Edwards on Friday Sept 14 for fuel and an overnight stop. Was disappointed with the service compared to other FBO's around the country we have stopped at. When I taxied in I circled around on their ramp to see if anyone would indicate where they wanted us to park. After parking, starting to unload and get tied down, the line person came out and said they would have to move me, so it was untie, show them how to use the tow bar on my airplane, and then tieing down again. Not particularly friendly, and not really enthused about their job.

We stopped here in our C-208 Caravan for Jet Fuel. Prices are reasonable with good service. If you are staying overnight, be sure to tie your plane down. A Montana wind came through, lifted our plane over the wheel chocks, and sent it rolling down the ramp toward other plane. Luckily the ramp people saw what had happen and put all their muscles in play to stop it. Great job guys! We hope to go there again.

I had a great experience at Edwards on 07/08 July when I stopped overnight between DAY & RNT. My prop had barely stopped spinning when the first line guy started cleaning my windshield (which only had about 4 bugs on it). Simultaneously, another line guy topped off all 4 fuel tanks on my Comanche before I could collect my charts & exit the airplane (and the fuel was reasonably priced for the current market). They got me tied down quickly, too, so I was able to rest easy as a wicked +TSRA moved across the field. Everyone was super nice & customer FOCUSED. I highly recommend Edwards to anyone needing to stop anywhere near Billings.

Prompt, friendly service & reasonable prices for this area. I've never had any problems here and would recommend this as a stopover for anyone, from light GA to corporate A/C.

I had a so/so experience with Edwards. The front desk staff is friendly, but the line was understaffed and not very helpful. The cold hangar needs to be swept out and there are lots of birds living in the hangar so expect some droppings on your airplane if it is hangared there. I had some light maintenance done to my plane, the mechanics scheduled in the work easily and had it done promptly.

Great service with the line and desk folks. Nice facility. Fuel was lowest priced 100LL we have found on this 3K-mile trip. You'll have to look around for the flight planning area (hint: it's upstairs)

Nice and friendly staff. Okay service. Hilliest large airport on earth.

I was into Billings for a few nights and while the FBO was OK on getting the airplane fueled and into a hangar, it wasn't the service we've had at virtually all other FBO's around the country. We pulled in with our PC-12 and my wife had to go get the rental car and find her own way onto the ramp. The line guys watched while we unloaded our bags ourselves. Ditto when we left. The CSR was friendly and everyone was nice but I guess they expect all they have to do is fuel the airplane and the rest is up to us. Not exactly first class service (especially for $4/gallon JetA prices. No other choices on the field so I guess there is no incentive to do better. Too bad as otherwise Billings is a nice place to visit.

Great service and friendly people. Good pilot ready area. FBO got us great rates at the downtown Sheraton (BTW it is the second tallest building in Montana!). A restaurant about 2 blocks away (the Q) had great food and martinis.

Had a very nice experience at Edwards last week with great service on arrival and stayed a few days with no parking charges with a top-off in my Cherokee. Good pilots briefing area. Had difficulty getting pricing from their sales counter computer for approach plates so passed on them, may have been the new staff on the counter who was somewhat unfamiliar, but courteous and without a lot of help over the weekend. Overall, a very good stop.

We stopped for fuel and lunch. Edwards provided a loaner car to go to Applebees. Great service.
