Our company has frequent business in Billings and our experience with Edwards Jet Center has been outstanding. Very helpful and pleasant CSR's make hotel and rental car reservations a snap. The line crew is excellent and always there to help with bags, cars, and anything else that we might need. Michelle makes it a point to know the names of all my regular passengers and that always impresses them when they step off the plane and are greeted with her smiling face! Keep up the good work everyone! It is very much appreciated.

Billings is a frequent stop for us and these folks anticipate every detail, like calling the hotel shuttle when we pull up so it's ready for us when we've unpacked the plane. Their whole team seems professional and courteous.

I echo other comments on here. Staff is great, fuel is priced well for a larger airport, controllers are great, and it made for a very good overnight stop on a ferry flight into Canada. Glad I stopped.

Flew in for four days over Easter holiday. At arrival we were greeted by three line staff and the rental was pulled up after engine shut down. Everyone was very pleasant, facilities in very nice condition and no delay getting fueled. At departure the line staff assisted with window cleaning and getting the rental back to base. No overnight charge with fuel purchase. If you're going to Billings you don't have a choice of where to park the plane. Fortunately, the folks at Edwards act like you do. Good Job to all!

Stopped for five nights on way to hiking in the Beartooths out of Red Lodge. Took good care of our 182 with both strap tiedowns and chocks. I'd reserved a Hertz car but Edwards got a lower rental fee from Hertz for me when they noted, "our Hertz rate is better than they gave you." Had planned to get cheaper fuel at Laurel 10 mi. West, but noted that the $10/night tiedown fee at BIL is waived if you buy fuel from Edwards. Pleasant facilities.

Edwards Jet Center is the former Lynch Flying Service and now appears as a "corporate jet" FBO. It has been thoroughly updated with large clean restrooms, vending, catering, a single flight planning computer, and an efficient staff (except when fueling aircraft). My visit occurred 14-17 August 2011. Several weeks before I used Edwards' website to let them know I was coming and they arranged a Hertz rental car for me. My plane was moved to a transient tie-down area south of their hangar and securely tied down with ratchet-type straps. The only issue I have with Edwards is their fueling. I specifically asked for the tanks of my Piper Warrior to be filled only to the tabs, NOT FULL. When I pre-flighted the morning of my departure I found one tank full, the other to the tab as requested. When I informed the counterperson of this error no apology or effort to correct the matter was made, simply "I'll tell the line crew".

Spent about 24 hours in Billings, with my RV in the care of Edwards. Staff is very sharp: line guys knew how to handle the plane, volunteer window cleaning with fueling, had adequate tiedown material, etc. They marshal out the aircraft on transient ramp. Fuel prices better than my home airport, so I topped all tanks. Counter staff was efficient and friendly, offering to track down accommodations (in short supply this weekend) for my passenger. Coffee and waters available near pilot lounge, and building was first class. Highly recommend this well run operation.
