We flew in to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The staff was very friendly and took us to our hotel. The Hall of fame was walking distance and the waterfront was pleasant. Great time we will do it again.

Brought a Seminole in for an overnight and a (my second) visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Again we got excellent service, a $60/night rate at the Crown Plaza hotel a few blocks away in downtown, and just friendly service the whole way around. I love this airport and FBO and will absolutely be back.

Was in Cleveland at this gem of an airport for an overnight. Landmark is an awesome facility staffed by great people. Lineman met me on arrival for parking, helping with bags. Gave me a ride to my hotel, and offered to pick me up the next day for a ride back to the airport as well! The handling fee is waived with a very reasonable 7-gallon fuel purchase and they don't charge to tie down overnight. They gave me a tow to an area of the ramp where I could pre-heat the engine. The facility is nice and has all of the amenities you could need. One of the best FBOs I have ever dealt with and I would definitely use them anytime I am in BKL. Keep up the great work guys!

Arrived on December 4, and had an excellent experience in our piston single. Line service personnel were able to provide very prompt transportation to and from the downtown area, and all of the staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, my passengers remarked "This is the nicest FBO experience we've had in a long time"!

Arrive on a cold, windy and rainy night (C210), and ramp staff helped secure and cover the a/c. The desk had made a hotel reservation for me at the Doubletree nearby (less than a mile) earlier, and it was fully satisfactory. The following day, with an Angel Flight departure, everyone was cheerful, helpful and kind. Very happy with Landmark/BKL, nice to do business there.

Great FBO service for our single piston. Quick parking, efficient fueling, nice desk service for finding us a hotel and things to do in Cleveland. Appreciated the ride in to our hotel. Great service in the morning. The building is quite comfortable, too.

Came in from DE25 to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and other Cleveland sights. Lineman came out to direct me into a parking spot. Suzanne greeted us at the desk and offered to get us a ride to the Hall Of Fame or wherever we wanted to go. One of the linemen (didn't catch his name) drove us to the warehouse district, and dropped us at the Waterstreet Grill for lunch. After lunch and a visit to the Hall Of Fame we walked back to the airport to get our bags. Suzanne got us a ride to our hotel. First class service all around for a couple of guys who flew in, in a 1980 172XP. This is a great FBO!

Flew a Piper Arrow to BKL, stayed 2 nights, took on 23g of fuel. Landmark took us to our hotel and offered to pick us up if hotel didn't offer to. Great service, no extra charges, although fuel prices are a bit high. Reminded me of what a loss Meigs Field is to the aviation community.

Flew in last week to visit my sister. Nice airport. Fuel is a bit pricey but I wasn't billed the handling charge others mentioned, probably because I did purchase fuel. Nice airport on the lake. Can be a bit busy at times, but not an issue on this trip. Courteous people. I'll be back.

Flew in, in a Piper Arrow. Very nice FBO, and the staff/linemen were very friendly and courteous. We stayed for 3 hours for a meeting. My only slightly negative comment was the "handling" fee of $40. The aircraft was never moved, and I was there a short time. I understand an FBO's need for cash flow, but $40 for 3 hours of parking for a piston single is pretty excessive in my humble opinion.

Flew a Piper Arrow into BKL; quick service, nice FBO, very close to downtown Cleveland. We were offered a ride to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (1/2 mile) but chose to walk instead. $40 handling fee; we didn't buy fuel. Nice folks.

Landmark has a "handling fee" that applies no matter how much "handling" they provide, which was none in my case. The fee was $40 for a Mooney, in addition to the $5 landing fee charged by the city. When I called airport operations in advance to ask about fees, they didn't say anything about this fee. It's waived with a fuel purchase over 15 gallons, FWIW.

The service provided by the Landmark lineman was outstanding. He was very courteous and helpful both in fueling the aircraft and offering to squire us around in the courtesy car (over to the local Science Center and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame). The lounge was top notch and really meets the needs of the most discriminating pilot. Sure, I see comments that are not very positive toward the price of fuel, but I look at it differently. If we are not willing to pay a bit more on our fuel bill, how can we expect FBOs to continue in business? All of us like a nice lounge, helpful staff and a fee courtesy car, therefore, we must ask ourselves how can they provide these features without a level of income above the wholesale price of fuel? If the major consideration of which FBO we use is fuel price, is it not possible that someday, we may only find unattended airfields with self-service pumps? It gives me a moment of pause.

3 Aug 09 - Very nice folks provide excellent service but this is the kind of gas prices you get with an FBO monopoly (Same owner for both FBO's on field). Tanker fuel if you can if you’re passing through here.

Stopped twice last week at Lakefront in our RV-7A. Very courteous fuel service and a ride to the Rock N Roll Museum (which is only a 10 minute walk anyway). Gas is pricey but it is very convenient.

Not a bad FBO but it seems to be going downhill without any competition. Landing fees have been increasing and seem to vary based on who is working. Paid $125 one day and two days later paid $200 both for drop offs.

Stopped at BKL in a rented C172 from Chicago on a time building trip. We arrived in some moderate rain but still got the great parking service, a ride to our hotel (Doubletree, very nice) and a ride to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in the morning. Top-notch facility in a great location, it reminds me of Meigs. I will be back.
