Here's how you park at Burke if you don't want to deal with Signature, as advised to me from the Tower controller himself. Taxi to GA parking as shown on the AFD. It's right next to Signature, so if a lineman marshalls you in, like he did today, be certain to tell him you don't want any services from the FBO (to avoid fees). If he's already set chocks, he'll pull them and walk away. You then chock your own plane. You then walk to the Gate 1 door, which is immediately underneath the control tower itself, on the north side. You can then exit airport property through that building.

Cessna 172 at Signature. They had a $50 landing fee that was waived with $7/gallon fuel. My bill was $195 for 27 gallons. A week later I had a second charge on my bankcard for $185. When I called and asked why, they said they noticed a discrepancy in their ledgers and billed me for 2 more gallons of fuel than I actually received. So they just went ahead and charged my card again. They said the refund was already in process, but so far nothing. Pretty peeved they just double charged me like that. No crew car for me that day, either. Disappointed. Will park at the flight school from now on.

Typical Signature operation when only FBO on field. Extremely high fuel price with 50.00 service fee just for running a truck over to our plane. Yelled enough and they waved the fee. Then they billed us twice. Sadly these guys are a no more than opportunists to GA. I am based out of Cincinnati Lunken and Signature took over the FBO there. Now we have 30 min waits to get fuel and cost is higher than at Greater CVG! No Stars

Beautiful new facility. Fuel and services are a bit pricey, as expected, but in line with unbeatable location and quality of service. I'll be back soon!

From Greg Young on 22-Mar-2017

The associated fees just to land and park at Signature quoted $72! With $20 overnight fee included $92! (The city gets $7 of those.) It took 5 minutes to simply get a quote, I had to give model plane & tail number for a quote, but told discounted with min fuel purchase that is double price/gal as home.

Special thanks to Signature for taking little Eleanor to the Cleveland Clinic. She needed immediate surgery to remove one eye with cancer. Great job

From Gerard Myers on 01-Jan-2017

Overpriced -way too expensive-fee after fee-what a joke. Avoid Signature at this airport and everywhere else. No stars.

From Mike Vetter on 14-Nov-2016

Be advised that the service charges/landing fees are according to aircraft type and weight. My C310 was mistakenly charged at a C340 rate. A 340 is a $95 fee or 30 gal minimums vs. The 310 at $70 or 12 gal min. Ms. Jones at Signature provided excellent customer service and the problem has been resolved.

Another excellent experience, got ride to Cavs game.

Brand new sparkling building. Great service. A 7 gal fuel purchase waives the $40 facility fee. They gave us a ride downtown to the basketball arena. High priced fuel, but it is what it is, it is Signature after all. BKL is a great airport for downtown Cleveland.

Brand new FBO building. Outstanding service.

From Elliot Zeltzer on 13-May-2016

Signature formerly Landmark lacks true concept of competition and customer service. It is unfortunate that since the acquisition of Landmark this facility has not changed its stripes. We have been going to KBKL for 5 years now and consistently avoided this FBO due to outrageous fees and costs of fuel. In spite of the fact that the airport (City of Cleveland) provides convenient ramp space for parking and a wonderfully nostalgic terminal at a reasonable nightly parking fee Signature aka Landmark has not budged. I hope that the good customer service parts of Signature will move out the undesirable or non competitive / customer service parts of Landmark. Until then I encourage you to support the City of Cleveland and use the terminal ramp and facilities to access one of the truly great downtown airports.

From Charles Belcher on 03-May-2016

Not a great choice when travelling to Cleveland. Signature is the only FBO, therefore very high prices and fees. They also want you to sign a release of liability, which is a huge problem. Also, there is major construction on the main road in front of the FBO, which is a major headache.

We really appreciated the extra attention paid to our ill passenger and the prompt service to allow a quick turn. Much appreciated. Thanks! Mark

I was there once July 2015 and again late August 2015... sometimes it's not always about price. I got great service from the guys in July a ride to/ from the Casino and notice a beautiful church St. John's, so I came back in August just for mass with a good friend plus my wife to see this beautiful piece of architecture, the guys dropped us off and picked us up. I cannot say how happy my guests were and the prompt courtesy provided. If I could give six stars I would.. Nice job guys. Plus my Mooney made no one there rich.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this wonderful airport over the weekend when my youngest son and I flew down for an Indians game. Got a lift to Terminal Tower (thanks, Michael!) to take the train down to our hotel (unfortunately, the RTA was using buses instead). And we didn't find out too late that Landmark has good deals on hotels in the city that would've saved us a ton. Next time, for sure. We very much enjoyed talking to people there and spent some time while packing up talking about the plane, the project (it's a homebuilt), and Oshkosh. (It might've been Jim Price we were talking to, but, stupidly, I didn't ask. Whoever it was, he was a great guy and super helpful) Are there cheaper places? Probably. But if flying were all about cheapness, there wouldn't be aviation. I'd stop here again in a second and hope I have the opportunity to do so.

From Bob Collins on 08-Jul-2015

Checked this week in advance of a flight this weekend (I hope) and the fees are $5 security fee, $40 fee waived with purchase of 7 gallons, and $20 parking overnight. Bring your own ropes for tiedown. I don't find this outrageous. If we're able to make the trip, I'll let you know re: service.

From Jerome N Gregoire on 29-Apr-2015

Called today to check on prices before a trip to Cleveland and was informed about a SECURITY FEE of $15.00 for visiting this FBO. The service rep confirmed that all of that fee goes directly into Landmark's pocket. A very deceptive label to leave the impression that the fee must be going to the airport authority. Hidden charges. Shame on Landmark.
