Flew in with my sister for the afternoon. ImageAir gave us a very nice courtesy car, we drove to ISU's campus, had lunch at Avanti's, enjoyed a game of bowling in the Student Bone Center, and bought some memorabilia at the Alamo. ImageAir's staff was courteous and helpful. Very nice FBO!

Came in on a Seminole and a lineman came out and directed me where to park and waited at the door for instructions, fueled us up right away and we were off. No ramp fee with fuel purchase. Great service.

On 27 JUN 09, my family and I flew in to KBMI and parked our C182 @ Image Air after having read about them here on AirNav while flight planning. It was a HOT day and it was my first flight with my young children, ages 6 & 3. My wife hadn't flown with me in over 6 years, so was understandably concerned about our children flying for the first time with dad @ the controls. The flight down was smooth and pleasant, albeit warm. When we landed, the staff greeted us on the tarmac and parked us right away... I topped off the tanks with "5 a side" and they were more than happy to let me use a courtesy car for a few hours. Car was clean, A/C was blowing VERY COLD AIR, and their ability to provide us with accurate directions was VERY welcome. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, ANYTIME!!!

My experience with Image Air was very good. Tentative arrangements were honored, they hangared my Cirrus, got me a rental car and hotel and we was up and ready to go at 6 AM the next morning. Will stop again.

This is what I call service with a smile. Friendly staff. Helpful and efficient people. The facilities are great too...Lounge with big TV, weather services, washrooms are great. What a pleasure stopping by. I would go out of my way to frequent Image Air again. Keep up the great work.

I diverted to BMI due to thunderstorms. Image Air was very helpful; they got me a hotel room and gave me the crew car overnight. CJ's restaurant in the old terminal building is also very nice.

Image Air is great. I flew in there when it was 1 degree with 20 knots of wind and they were fantastic! I highly recommend Image Air!

I visited your facility on February 1, 2009. I was treated like royalty. I can truthfully say that your staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. I only bought $60.00; worth of reasonably priced 100LL for my little single engine, but was treated like a jet driver!

Fantastic is the only way to describe Image Air. Flew in for a ballgame. Gave us a crew car and hangared the plane in a heated hangar. Let us preflight inside and then had a low battery. They gave us a boost at no charge. Those guys are fabulous! The only place to go at BMI!!!

Flew in for a few hours for a basketball game. Bitterly cold but Image Air took great care of us including calling us a taxi and hangaring the airplane. Great service and reasonable prices. Thanks!

A wonderful FBO. I can't count the number of times they have taken care of me, to include hangaring my airplane overnight when a typical ice storm hit. While not expected, certainly appreciated. Their fuel prices were pretty high, but recently have become much more affordable and very competitive in the area. If you are near Bloomington, stop at Image. You will be glad you did.

Based at BMI for decades, my experience with Image Air's service is excellent and consistent. The office, line, and maintenance staffs are simple great people. I would not only trust them with my airplanes but also my house keys. They are friendly and competent. BMI offers both ends of the "attitude" spectrum. Image has the right one.

Stopped at Image Air over the weekend to visit relatives. Friendly staff, comfortable facilities and great service. Called in for top-off and all was complete for a timely departure.

I flew in on business and was running late. Image Air's crew took care of the aircraft, they handed me a crew car and map to where I need to go. That night I came back and was grounded because of weather. They offered me the crew car for night, to move my plane closer to the FBO, and stayed friendly the entire night. I would gladly pay a fuel premium as long as they are the ones taking care of me. I just wish I could have given them more than the 30 gallons of fuel I bought. Best FBO I ever visited!

Great people and great service. I landed right at the normal closing time, but they stayed a little bit later to accommodate me. One of the linemen even took me to my hotel in his vehicle. They also let me borrow their JeppDrive for the 30 minutes it took to update the GPS data card in my club-owned airplane (I couldn't bring the club JeppDrive with me). I was here for a week and I wasn't charged for parking although I did buy 56 gallons of fuel. I'll be back.

This FBO knows how to treat people. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, efficient and professional. I was impressed enough to choose them for an overnight on our return trip, even though it added 20 minutes to the flight. This is what "customer service" is all about! Thank you all!

Image Air is top-notch! They went out of their way to provide everything I might need. They even washed my aircraft and put it in their hangar to avoid a passing shower. I have been to a lot of airports and have been treated well at many FBOs but none have topped Image Air. Keep it up you guys (and gals) are the best!

GREAT FBO, had to divert here for weather to pass, they couldn't get a car from Enterprise at that time of day so they just said to take the crew car for the night! The line men are also wonderful. Had my plane there plugged in and it snowed overnight and they put it in a heated hangar for me free of charge 1 hr before my departure and they even wiped it down for me so it wouldn't freeze when I got out! 3 of them at no charge whatsoever. This was done at -5 F degree temp. I had to tip them.... I hope I come back.

I haven't been to the other BMI FBO, but I'm sure I never will - the folks at Image Air are absolutely top notch. They go out of their way to accommodate - all of the line folks, desk folks, and especially Craig really seem to care that your experience with them is good. In the past they've gotten my airplane in a hangar a few hours before I left just to get it warm, they have on numerous occasions gotten me local pilot reports that have been critical in my go/no-go decision making, they insist on helping load/unload, they open doors for my wife, and they're facilities are nice. Plus, they're right next door to the air museum, so if you have time to kill, go see it. Even if gas at the other place is a few cents cheaper, I'll take the great service over a few bucks any day.

Great experience. Came in later one night. Gave me the courtesy car for the night and called a hotel to get me a suite for $65! Great service.

Have flown in twice this year from Montana (PC-12 and Mooney). The people were attentive and helpful both times. Took me right over to the terminal for the rental car. Free bottled water. Great place!

Great people! We needed a ride into town for food after a 6-hour flight. The courtesy car was out so someone gave us a ride into town in his own car. We didn't even have to ask and then he cam back and picked us up. It was a great quick turn with a food stop.

FBO's are staffed by people and they constantly change. This June 27th visit to Image Air was exceptional. From Line Techs to Front Desk we received the best service ever. While fuel price maybe a bit pricey, it's certainly offset by remarkable service and caring smiling people that went the extra mile.

When I arrived at Image Air on May 18th, I was greeted with line people who seemed really concerned about getting my plane tied down and fulfilling my needs as a customer. I appreciate that. Several days later I received a letter from Image Air thanking me for my visit. That's what I call a "High Class FBO". Thanks Image Air.

Had a unplanned fuel stop at KBMI in February. I called them 10 minutes out. They had a fuel truck waiting for us and we were ready to go in no time. FBO was clean and people were friendly. Happy to stop again.
