A+ Lost an alternator south of BPT. Kyle taxied us in following his golf cart. Put us in contact with Kevin Kahla of Quality Aircraft Services on the field. We were in the air the next morning.

We had an extremely good experience coming into this FBO. Everyone saw to it that our needs were met and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10!

Excellent service. Rental car was parked by the plane before the engines shut down. Courtesy cars available, dealt with a very nice hotel in Beaumont. Nice pilot lounge. Everything I asked for was provided. I will return.

Very nice people and great service. Took good care of meeting our needs and a nice crew car to go to lunch in. Will stop in there again.

KUSA is an awesome FBO. Super nice people, efficient, and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend them to anyone stopping in Beaumont.

KUSA has the best service I have had at an airport facility in a long time. Kyle the manager has service at first priority and his staff is just as attentive. This airport has been beat hard with the last hurricane but these guys make the best of it and excel. Don't hesitate to search for it all the way north on the ramp.

Forced down here on trip from New Orleans to Houston. Very helpful folks! Offered and accepted a crew car for a quick lunch and then back up into the air. They made a bad situation (weather) a pleasant experience until we could get back off the ground! Thanks!

Very efficient and helpful people. Car and hotel taken care of without a glitch. Hangared a Mirage. Kyle cannot do enough. They took care of everything. Could not ask for better service.
