Landed at Duncan Aviation today 11/07/09. Nice facility, the staff was friendly and I was able to use the crew car. However, I WISH they would have told me that there IS a $25 landing fee (Way more than ANY other place I have ever landed mind you... Even New York is only $2.50) Regardless of whether you purchase fuel or not.

We came late to the other FBO, so we got the rental car (AVIS) with Duncan. Beautiful facility (almost an art gallery), very nice and helpful people. Thanks for your service!!!

This is one terrific FBO. Efficient and professional staff. Line personnel are well trained and know how to take care of an airplane! Alicia and Jill at the front desk are super. Crew car is always available. I highly recommend Duncan Aviation!

Just a phenomenal place. Arrived around midnight in a piston single and received the (literal) red carpet treatment. Fuel in the middle of the night? No problem. Coffee? You got it? My windshield was cleaned, only after he asked permission and told me what he was going to clean it with. Maps and directions were printed and ready for the passengers I was dropping off. The facility itself is great, but it's this kind of legitimately friendly service that made stopping at BTL a joy. Fantastic job.

We stopped approx midnight (24 hour service here at BTL) of Dec 28 in our Turbo Commander. Duncan Aviation line-person, Trapper, was waiting and marshalled us right in, quickly got us fueled and saw that all passenger, crew and aircraft needs were satisfied. Great fuel price here and max customer service, just what we have come to expect from Duncan Aviation.

The folks at Duncan were very nice - even found me a sandwich left over from a big catering job when I didn’t have time to stop at the Subway. Also went out of their way to call down and find approach plates for me. Very nice "red carpet" treatment for a single engine piston.

We stopped at Duncan BTL for a minor maintenance issue and for fuel. They had us back up and running within a couple of hours and on a Saturday nonetheless. Excellent facility and staff. CSR was very friendly and accommodating with a crew car to get into town for lunch. Nice large ramp area, plenty of room for a lot of aircraft.
