I fly in and out of here on a fairly regular basis, and have found these folks very helpful and pleasant. They promptly fuel my plane and go out of their way to make my stay convenient.

I had great service there. The manager gave my Skywagon a hangar at a discount, a voucher for a complementary meal for two at two restaurants, and got me a greater discount for my car rental and hotel than I had previously arranged. They saved me at least $200, and though the fuel/ramp fees might be high, they will get my business in the future.

Expensive fuel at $4.50 for 100LL, PLUS the $8 tie down fee for my RV-6 for one night even though I filled up, PLUS a crusty manager who reamed me out for taxiing up to the office (supposedly a lineman was waving me to a spot, but I saw no such thing and he did not bother to use a radio). The boss needs a course on customer relations. On the plus side, they loaned me the courtesy van overnight (just fill the tank) and arranged a nice room at the Best Western at a discounted rate. Linemen were friendly and professional.

High ramp fees, $50 for five nights. A record for me, $40 for tie down and $10 for line service which consisted of moving my plane to a different tie down. They seemed upset when I didn't buy fuel. I got the feeling that some of the fees may have been waived if I got fuel.

I have received good service here. Yes, there is a ramp fee but it's waived if you purchase fuel. If you don't get fuel the fee amounts to around $8 for a single. Fuel prices/overnight fees/etc seemed to be about the norm for this region. Watch your density altitude if you're not used to our higher elevations out here!
