Landed and took off in a pouring down rainstorm - this FBO handled our Comanche timely, fueled professionally and cheerfully gave me the crew car while I waited for my wife to return from a meeting. Had a minor mechanical issue, which they dealt with for me in less than 90 minutes, and my airplane was ready long before our departure.

Parked with Prior from Aug 3-8. Called the week before to discuss ramp fees, hangar costs, fuel, etc. The person who I spoke with was rude and very difficult (I wish I had her name). After having this same conversation with 8 FBO's I was planning to do business with over a 2-week period, this was the only conversation that was strained. She should be fired. When my family came to greet us at Prior, the woman in the office was also very rude to them. My wife's aunt couldn't imagine how someone so rude could have a customer service job. The staff that I dealt with on my departure was fine. So, one bad apple and I wish I remembered her name. Also, prices we're highest in the country that I paid over 2 weeks and line guys did nothing special like offering to clean windows, drive us out and back, help load the plane, etc. Four guys sitting around in office while we loaded the plane ourselves 50 feet away. Service is better at other FBO's.

Prior Aviation is a classic example of why every FBO needs competition. The facilities are certainly nothing special, there's no WSI Pilot Brief system available for pilots, the counter staff is indifferent, and the line guys are OK. All in all, Prior does nothing extraordinary to earn their extraordinary fuel prices except for being lucky enough to be the only FBO on the field. Pilots should consider flying into Niagara Falls or any other local airport to get a fair price on fuel.

Visited this FBO over a weekend in July 2009. We stayed in the facility for an extended period waiting out weather prior to departing. The facility is very nice and there is plenty of staff. Though the fuel and parking/handling prices are a little steep, the amenities and the helpful staff make this a great FBO.

Every time I go back to Prior the service just keeps on getting better. A big thank you to all the lovely ladies behind the counter ... You are a true asset to Prior Aviation. It is so refreshing to get such great service from an FBO that has no competition!

Stopped overnight en route to Sun n Fun for a quick business meeting. Everyone very professional, first class FBO. Fuel price steep, but lots of amenities to justify it. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent support! On short notice, needed to move a passenger from Cirrus Turbo - Air to a major airline. Despite our short notice call to Prior, they had a car waiting to whisk our passenger directly to the terminal from plane side -- then waived landing fees for 20 Gal fuel on-load. Turned my aircraft in under 15 minutes! Great support

After appropriately notifying customs and discussing arrival directly with the customs officer at KBUF, we left our hotel, took a taxi to St Catharine (CYSN) from Niagara, ON, for the 32 nm IFR flight to KBUF. Our original plan was to fly to KIAG, but in discussing customs with the customs officer, we discovered that ADCUS required customs to pull an officer off of a bridge post and send them to the airport just for us. Since KBUF has a full time officer, we accommodated their work and time constraints. We arrived within the time window discussed with the US customs officer. He met us at the plane at the FBO. The customs officer at KBUF was very friendly and helpful in moving us through the process. As he scanned the plane for radiation and explosives, we were allowed to finish our paperwork inside the FBO. The staff at the FBO was friendly. The crew car was offered to us to go for lunch. The butcher does make great sandwiches!

Arrived in a Cherokee from Toronto for clearing customs. The front desk was extremely busy and they had several jets so understandably I was not a high priority. It took over 2 hours to get a rental car. Getting on to the ramp was a major pain because someone has to open the door for you, and when there are many people waiting in line, it takes a long time to get something from your airplane. There is internet access in the lobby which was nice, although the computer kept crashing. Overall, it was an ok service.

Stopped in my Skyhawk for a few hours at Prior. Service was characteristically fast, efficient, friendly and courteous. 100 LL @ $6.26 in Buffalo, ouch! Very nice facility, conveniently located; free popcorn. Thanks for the friendly service and assistance, Pam! I'll be back.

Arrived the other evening in my cessna182. Very clean and well staffed FBO. Very freindly and helpful. There is a $5 landing fee, non waivable, and a $17 parking or stopping fee. That fee disapears if you buy at least 10 gals of fuel at $6.31 a gal. Tax included.

I dropped people off at Prior Aviation on 4/1/08.As usual, the service and personnel at Prior are great. I do think that JET A priced at 6.80 is outrageous!

Stopped in to clear customs on the way back from Toronto. Prior people couldn't have been nicer! Provided a crew car so we could get food at "Charlie the Butcher." Jet treatment for the crew of a piston twin. We'll be back!

After clearing customs on a weekend return flight from Toronto in my Piper Warrior, I asked Prior maintenance to pull the battery and bench test before heading home to Virginia since there were indications that it was not holding a charge. The tech showed up quickly, removed it, and ran it through a few tests in the shop. The battery was fine and Prior did not charge me for the 20-30 minutes work. Thanks for great customer service for a little guy!

Arrived at 1AM in an SR20. After calling earlier in the day, had a hotel shuttle on the way when we came in. Service was very good, although fuel was costly.

I have used Prior many times in the past and have received excellent service. April 30th 2007 while picking up Angel Flight passengers there was no difference. They were accidentally dropped off at the main terminal, and Prior sent a van over to go pick them up. Thank you Prior for all your good service!!!!!
