On a trip to KVGT my plane developed transponder problems, so I landed at KBVU unannounced instead of KVGT as planned. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. They arranged for a rental car, and fueled my plane in time for a very early morning departure. While checking out, I left my credit card in the office. The BFE staff notified me the next day, then sent the card at their expense. I'll definitely use BFE on my next trip to Las Vegas!

I had called ahead to arrange for a rental car -- some kind of transportation is needed because the airport is a good ways from any motel -- and it was ready waiting for me when I arrived. Got fuel early in the morning. Good service.

A good few night stay. Brought our car out to our Cessna promptly and fueled us per our instructions.

Sandy in the office was wonderful, the lineman was very friendly and fast to fuel our aircraft. The area with the computers to check weather was very comfortable and was even offered a very welcome glass of ice water. Great Service!

Superb friendly and efficient service. Good gas price and the fuel truck guy was so nice and a great person to talk to. In the office Sandi is the tops. If I had had more time I would have stayed longer just to chat more. But as Arnie said 'I'll be back'.
