Thanks BFE for all your help today....to Sandi who realized I was in distress and immediatley sent Randy to help me...to Randy who got right out to my plane and towed me in and finally to Bob who later checked to make sure all was well. The service at BFE is really top notch and professional. They have my support.

Go to this FBO, these are good people they were very helpful, fuel prices were better than HND or LAS. You can rent a car (call ahead so they have one.) It's only a 20 minute drive to the strip and if you want peace and quiet without the hustle of Vegas this is the place to go. So go see Bob and the rest of the gang so you too can tell all your friends and fellow pilots that you have flown to B.F.E. and back. Please tell them we said hi.

We arrived about noon on a Friday, Oct 2 in our C182 for a break & fuel. They filled our tanks from their truck at the lowest price, SS or FS in So. Nev, and when we went inside, we asked about the wonderful aroma and Sandi sat us down for a home-cooked lunch with homemade ice cream sandwiches for dessert! Talk about hospitality! We left feeling like we had just left home. Can't wait to come back.

The folks at BFE treated us like family the entire time we were there. Sandi welcomed us with a great homecooked meal and set us up with a car and hotel. Carl had our plane fixed up promptly and correct. And Bob, well, he took us water-skiing on Lake Mead. I will always come back to BFE when near Las Vegas. They might not take you water-skiing but you can always expect top-notch customer service at BFE. Thanks BFE! -Midwest Aerial Photography (J+D.)

Fantastic FBO. Easy rental car arrangements, beautiful hangar space at a great price, friendly and responsive staff that will go the extra step to help wherever possible - right down to the glass of ice water as we walked into the office on a 100+ degree day.

OK This is a long story short - between WX and all involved, B.F.E. was invaluable in completing a 10-day aerial contract. Bob and Sandi and the whole crew of B.F.E. are fantastic. If you need full service FBO - this is the place....

Called and Josh (a line fueler) answered the phone. I told him I was coming into town for a couple of hours for an appointment. I asked if they had crew cars. Josh said no but we will take care of you. When I got there Josh handed me the keys to his own personal car! No request for money or copies of drivers license and such! Just an amazing experience! Very professional and much too kind for this world. I will make it a point to stop at BFE anytime I can do so. Josh, you are a PRINCE! Thank you! Rich from Overton

Been based at 61B for three years now. Lots of changes. Stars and Stripes have gone through ups and downs in management. Nice folks there now. BFE is okay too. Lineman for both has always been quick and nice. Gas prices in the long haul betwixt the two have been a wash. Sometimes ones a little higher, then the other. Call ahead is all I can suggest. OBTW there has been an AWOS on field since last fall 118.475/702-293-153

Quick fill up from the truck, good attitude from my line guy, nice facility to clean up in before heading home. Busy little airport...I see the new terminal and future tower.

I stopped in Boulder City Dec 8 partly due to the low fuel price there. I ended up at an FBO called Stars and Stripes since my Flight Guide indicated that location to be the only FBO on the field. It wasn't until a got home the next day and was updating fuel prices on AirNav that I realized that the FBO listed in AirNav, BFELLC, is not Stars and Stripes. I was charged 3.30/gal at Stars and Stripes for 100LL while BFELLC had it for 3.12.

Stopped here for fuel on the way back from Vegas - cheapest gas in the area - went to the self serve pump because I figured that was where the cheap gas was but the line guys came out and said the price was the same from the fuel truck and offered to take care of everything for me - great service! Airport has really changed in the last few years!

Stopped twice for fuel in three days. Both times the people were pleasant and the fuel was amazingly inexpensive. We paid more for car gas in Death Valley than we did for avgas here!

I had a very positive experience with the folks at BFE. They were helpful and accommodating, and waived my parking fee because fuel had unexpectedly spiked because of Hurricane Ike. You can pick up and return your Enterprise rental car here.

Be very careful of this FBO. After reading a GUARANTEED fuel price posting, I arrived and was turned down for fuel at that price. The lineboy said it was an old price and the actual price as 80 cents higher. This FBO doesn't GUARANTEE their price. I flew to Jean and bought it 30 cents cheaper than the price they wanted to charge.
Response from Robert L. Fahnestock, B.F.E. L.L.C. I remember this isolated incident and the price posted was an honest error during the price updates. We have done our best to see that this mistake does not happen again. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and BFE GUARANTEES that you will receive first class service.
