I gave BCA an average rating because of one excellent employee. Otherwise, I would have rated them as poor. This FBO exists to service Grand Canyon Airlines. Others will most likely be treated as secondary at best. The FBO was empty most of the time as all of the kids would jump into their respective carts and race randomly toward the latest GCA arrival. Our being there was an obvious inconvenience to all of them, except for the one excellent employee. We were even in the way of the guy that was mopping the floor with muddy water.

Came in at 4:30, June 17th, young linemen kid was a complete jerk and extremely rude, worst FBO ever, do not come here!

Seems most EFB's don't even reference this FBO, plenty for BFE however so we were quite surprised when we landed when someone ask us what we wanted to do after landing and told us how to taxi there. Saw a lineman walking around and he kindly offered us a courtesy car to get into town. When we called BFE they told us they had no courtesy car and no rentals- this FBO had both. With all the reviews on BFE, don't overlook this FBO as your stop for the day or night- completely stress free environment and it appears not many even know about them.
